I like to smell people :).
I have an absurd fashion of littering my game creations with unnecessary light-maps and overlays.
I am fond of RPGs and first-person shooters, and have an astounding joy for horror games.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?

I'm gonna take on FFX-2 again. I rebought it a while ago, and im gonna give it another go in the mindset of not really expecting much storyline wise.
I never liked FFX-2. I found it a little boring (I am lying about the little ). The game became way too repetitive, and the story didn't help either. I suppose taking your way of going about it, you might find it slightly more enjoyable.
post=86143post=85892I just started doing this myself. If you happen to make it to this area of the game before me, would you be able to rip General Leo's "Shock" ability animation for me? (Not the sprite, mind you)
i am playing FF6 AGAIN. rippin' shit along the way.
I attempted to rip Leo's 'Shock' ability, but it ended up being way to big and having WAY to many animations to fit into a standard large battle animation template, so I stopped :(.

Also, PRO TIP: When you are on level one, do not, I repeat, DO NOT attack a big-ass-a-saurus. They are not level one compatible and will chomp you for +1000 damage. Stick to the smaller critters.
*This PRO TIP is brought to you by the 'Learning via Experience Foundation (LEF)*
I learned this the hard way. I ended up having to load a game that was saved two hours ago because I forgot to save. FORGOT TO SAVE.

FFXII What do you think?
The game is inspiring and amazing to begin with, but once you familiarise yourself with the battles and setting, it does get a little dull and repetitive after a while. The dungeons don't have many puzzles (at least, the many that I played through). I reached the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea and was like: "Fuck it..." (because I am one of those people that just can't leave a dungeon until you've killed EVERY monster possible and obtained EVERY treasure).

On my submissions list, the Makerscore earned for all of my submissions totals 87, whilst under my avatar whilst posting, it says I only have 68 :(.
You must be flat out fixing these errors aye WIP :S?

I think it's a little too bland. Perhaps add some carpet, and decorations? Or, perhaps try making the map smaller? Rooms aren't generally that big.

Personally, I feel RMN3 does inspire making games for some reason.
It's true. It actually does. It's given me a new mindset towards my game-making. Not sure why though...
Horror without gore and guts?
This has great examples of psychological-type scares:
