Mario's Mansion 3

I have an idea for a level in this, but I haven't made a Ghost House in a while. Let's hope I do good! :)

Desmo360's Playthrough (World 3 & 4)

To play good at all, I need to cross my arms to play. For me, opposite day would be uncrossing my arms during normal play, my right hand on the right side of my keyboard pressing the arrow keys, and my left hand pressing ASZXC keys(set C to drop item)
Also, here's a trick. If you want to play Mario, but Luigi has an AWESOME power-up, here's a way to give it to Mario:
1.First, make sure there is an item in the item box, that isn't a mushroom. If it's a tanooki suit or hammer suit, it needs to be replaced.
2.Press your drop item key, and switch the power-ups, placing your very powerful power-up in the item box.
3.Get under the Mario box, and before hitting it, press drop item again. When you turn into Mario, the power-up will continue to drop, and you will get Luigi's power-up.
It works with all characters in the direction of Mario/Luigi to Other Character. You obviously can't give other characters extra power-ups from Link, Peach, and Toad since they don't have item boxes.

You missed a hammer brothers suit in the Mega Mole Mountain level, since you didn't know that the buzzy beetle things were bombs. The big block in the ground is a leaf, if you go further though, you get a pipe that sends you to a room with a life and a hammer brothers suit. Watch out though, if you get hit, you will HATE that level. I do. I couldn't live with a hammer brother suit out of that level, and I think I exited it after almost dying by failing with blowing up the blocks multiple times, and with no power-ups. It annoyed the shit out of me.

Are you Russian? For some reason you speak like a Russian. Is it a inside-joke or something?

If you didn't keep dying in the Forest of Cold Silence level you could of gotten to mine. :( Well, next episode I guess. *shrug*

Desmo360's Playthrough (World 1 & 2)

When I got to the Water Temple, I was stuck for a while trying to find out what to do. So congratulations getting this Water Temple to be like the original in that way. Meanwhile, the boss was annoying, due to how random it was, but too easy once I found out how to beat it. I can't wait to see Des rage over that level. MUAHAHAHA! You can tell I'm evil because I'm laughing evilly. >:)

I would actually like to see thar

Making 3D Games in Lite-C - Part I

Does anyone else know any 3D graphic programs that work with SED, since the MED link is broken?

RPG maker 2K3: Modern Tilesets

I had found tilesets for the Towns and normal houses, but the world maps may be an issue. Also, for the tilesets I found, I tried to find some that were as close, if not exactly, in the RTP style so that the characters would fit in. Understandably, sure, these characters are from their present, going into the future, but out of all seriousness guys, I want it to look good.

Here's a few I had. Hope they help.

Thanks Newguy, but no thanks. :(
The first one has a problem with clash basically built into the tileset, and the rest would clash with the characters and event graphics I have.

Btw, this one?

I made one better, by combining it with a couple others. But it's post-postmodern (i.e. slightly futuristic).

Here.

You can make everything from skyscrapers to piping systems to various console screens and generators.

Here's another merged one, this one at the turn of the century. Stupid wasteful people, finish the chipsets properly!

It has tents and trees and all kinds of signs and other stuff (the charas projects I had it from wasted space on flowers!) that you'd use for plot stuff.

For this one, I actually liked them. The first one(that you edited) has only one issue I could think about, that it doesn't fit in with the time period I'm going for. I guess it could be a tileset for the Tower of the Future. The second tileset seems to be for a Steampunk/1900s game, which also not only doesn't fit it with the time period, but instead of being the future, it could work very effectively as a "Present" town.

I have found RTP styled Insides and Towns, all I'm looking for now is a World Map in the RTP style, based off of our modern day.

RPG maker 2K3: Modern Tilesets

To get to the point for once, I switched the focus on the game from time limit to time travel. I'm trying to rival my father in this game creation, as I've always felt I was the better one, and all of a sudden he seems just great. Perfect I guess(if it weren't for his mapping, and extreme need to make the player fight. Then again, I shouldn't be saying anything about his mapping). Now, he's actually been helping me, and telling me about his game. But we aren't rivaling on who makes the best game, it's just who is the better designer.
Now, back to tilesets, I have 3 points in time in this game. Past, which is during the creation of the world. Present, the medival/steam punk days of my game. And future, out modern day. Now past and present are down with the normal RTP, but future is a problem. I have no tileset to make a world map, towns, or even buildings, and trying to find some in the RTP style so it doesn't clash, is actually seeming quite difficult. So, I finally got my point across. No catch. Just help me in my search, and I will most likely put your name in the credits.

Hmmm, you could post about the issue in the main DynRPG thread here:
http://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/10254/

If it's a bug with DynRPG itself, Cherry would be able to help you out. On the other hand, it could be an issue with the coding of your events (like a parallel process issue). I have a couple teleport player events that work fine. Do you have a test project or something I could look at?

Edit: Actually, I sometimes get "Subscript out of range (-1)" in my teleport player events. Is that the error you were talking about?

No. Teleporting just didn't work. I deleted the project I had with the teleport problem, and without DynRPG in the backup project when I was testing it(sure I also was using no extra stuff like parrallel process events so I will be testing that as well) it worked perfectly. :|

Yes! You can make use of these variables that were set in your ini:
PlaytimeHH - Hour digit (Max is 65535)
PlaytimeMM - Minute digit
PlaytimeSS - Second digit

So if you wanted the game to end after 2 hours, make a parallel process event that checks if PlaytimeHH is "2" or more. If so, turn on a switch. Make an autostart common event that starts when that switch turns on, and add your game end scenario.

I kind of want to mention that I screwed up with my project, so I had to restart from the point I had with my backup. DynRPG doesn't work for some reason. With no plugins installed at all, DynRPG screwed with the teleport player command and I can't get the player to change maps. Sorry for my useless question earlier. :(
If you can help me with my DynRPG/teleport problem then I may get DynRPG back in my project so I can use this.
