SBESTER'S PROFILE
I've been an active member for quite a few years now. I started my RMN career by releasing the Eden Legacy Trilogy of games (each entry took 4 months of nonstop work) within one year, and I've gradually shifted to creating other games as well. I now have 3 flagship series: Eden Legacy, Fragile Hearts, and Mafiosi (being remade for commercial release as Crime Opera). I'm pretty much solely focused on the Crime Opera series of visual novels right now, as my band and job currently take up most of my free time.
Currently working on
-Crime Opera Trilogy (Mafiosi 1, 2, & 3 edited, with all original resources)
-It's a secret...

Fragile Hearts 2: Shattered Dreams
Making the Graphics for Faery Tale [Updated!]
Fragile Hearts
Thanks! I'll make sure to fix up the end boss battle for the new version as well. I've had a couple complaints about him now.
I've never heard of Errant story, to be honest. The Haddy/Gulliver and Haddy/Fergus relationships were inspired by a number of well known anime sources, namely Slayers, Full Metal Panic, and Familiar of Zero. If anyone gets a chance to watch FOZ, it's pretty funny, with the same style of humour as this game.

The Rare/Obscure RM Games Request Topic
Request:
Batman: Dark Quest (rm95). I don't think it was ever finished, looked pretty cool though and would be awesome to play a demo.

Alternatives to typical RPG Battles
I attempted a custom battle system that tried to implement environmental benefits (like using props around the area in different ways, or interacting with certain enemies in different ways). It was crap, and took up about 3-4 months of development time I wish I had back.
Sometimes the best bet is to simply edit the default system, and manipulate it to do things that it regularly wouldn't. There are a lot of interesting and creative ways to do this, and you'll surprise yourself with how many things you can come up with.

Did you cheat on me?
I put in a cheat house in my Eden Legacy games (special editions only). Kinda cheap, but it is a random encounter type of series so... yeah.
In terms of editing others' RM games, I've only done it a couple times when running into game stopping bugs.
As for commercial games, I used to cheat all the time. I used Gameshark in the psx days too! However, nowadays I've become a lot more patient with games, especially RPGs, and it's rare when I actually cheat. The most recent one I can remember is Gothic 2, using God mode while I single-handedly killed everyone in each of the encampments for fun.

Faery Tale
While it's not my type of game, the visuals look gorgeous! You should do a blog about how you made them/what your influences are, etc. for the art buffs here.
Indie Game Package Submission - ripped resources allowed(!)
Version bugs page added
Next version will be up in a couple days. I have the bug list fixed up and I'm adding a few extra environment description events as well.
Please tell me RMN likes Heavy Metal!
Arch Enemy was the best metal concert I've ever been to. They totally went off from their regular material and played shit that isn't on any of their albums. Some cool extra long intros, endings, middles... they were just phenomenal. Not my favorite band or anything, but they have their good stuff (plus they helped get Soilwork signed, so ++++++++++).
