425 is a very low number. It's less than 20 votes in every category.

425 nominations (thus far) is EXTREMELY low… That’s worse than 2009, the year that I was eligible for something, Jesus…
I haven’t finishing nominating anything as of yet, but I’ll do that in the next day or two, so that should bump up the total a little bit.
But, man, if this continues to hold up, then, wow, what a shitty turn out this year… And that’s a real shame, because some of the games released this year were pretty damn good. Hopefully this is just a one off and the next year will be much better.

People fail to realize that the Misaos aren't just for the glitz and glamour and of course the recognition but in itself is a mini "PLAY MOAR GAMS" event that showcases gams you might like to play. Or at the very least, an opportunity to see a showcase of varying games that might tickle your pickle.

argh, i follow a strict hard rule on what type of game to play (its on my profile), anything else and I get bored fast, regardless of quality. I played everlong and seeker of power (large and popular here no doubt) and I got bored extremely fast. Probably a generational thing

Guys, it's easy to cast some votes. Like the best game's title. You don't need to play any game for that.
Some of these games are short (Amort, Betwixt and so on).
