[MAFIA] RMN: WHEN THEY CRY (TEA PARTY)

Read through some posts and I'll go ahead and post my reads. Cap and tunger I'm still unsure.

Piano: Town for the aforementioned reasons. (big town lean)

Lockez: Town. He's been voting in a way to get people to talk, and was in the gourd vote early. I don't think scum would have rushed in as quickly. (I'd say medium town lean) because it can be hard to tell with lockez sometimes.

Jeroen: (Slight town read). He's been aggressive and helpful enough to where I'm thinking hes more town than scum.
Muffle: Neutral. I've never seen muffle play before. I'd say (small town lean) for now because seems to be helpful overall.

Cave: I'll say (neutral) for now because he's hard to read. He seems tamer than other games, but maybe I'm gauging it too much off the last one too much too.
Ozzy: I'm unsure. I had thought he was scum earlier, but then he left the gourd vote. Could have simply left to throw us off though. I'm going for (neutral) for now but I'll still be watching him.

Yellow: I'm leaning on slightly scum.
Esby: Hasn't contributed anything, and what was that random piano vote? I really don't know here but he hasn't been useful. Going to put him down here for now.

Okay, fine, you're right. I initially voted for Gourd as a joke but didn't want to admit it once everyone else actually started voting for him.

But, like, what do you want me to say that wouldn't be seen as me Mafia bandwagoning? I'm now voting for Gourd for the same reasons that Mufflez and Jeroen are.

Jeroen basically voted Gourd the same reason I did. Muffle said that Gourd seemed like he pitting people against each other.

Yellow hasn't made a single substantive post that I can see and the one where he actually votes, he says, "Hey! It was a joke and I was too embarrassed to admit it. See someone else's post for my reasons for staying with the vote!"

Um, how is bickering exactly suspicious anyway? If I am correct, none of us know who is Town and who is Mafia, and we aren't allowed to talk in PM anyways. So it's not like I and LockeZ were like "Oh we're Mafia let's team up to look all towny". I think that sounds a bit far-fetched considering this point. However, I do understand why it does seem a bit strange mostly since we both voted for Gourd right after that. But as I said before, I was going to vote to lynch Gourd before the bickering. The reason we bickered was that I was arguing my case, as court and law. Also, I'm not even smart enough to form a plan like that even if I wanted too XD The reason why I regret it is because the gunner is usually very handy in these cases. But at least it does point us in a direction, I guess.

Scum always know who the other scum are and they can communicate out-of-thread. By extension, they also know that everyone else is town, unless there's independents in the game.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to come off as defensive. It was a literal question. So people can talk in chats about it? I thought it was a rule of the game that you couldn't communicate, which was why I asked. Or maybe I'm reading wrong. So the mafia does know who the mafia is?

Alright, that's all I wanted to know. I know one of the rules is "Do not talk about the game outside of the topic", which is why I thought they couldn't. Honestly, it doesn't seem like we're getting anywhere.

We found out Gourd was a village and trying to find anyone suspicious, we have a couple people but mostly because they're saying weird things. But that's where we went wrong with Gourd. The only other people that we can suspect are those who aren't really responding much. We could try and lynch them for it since they're not being very helpful, but I don't know that's just kind of pushing it. A last resort kind of thing.

Sol and piano have said pretty much all I want to say.

Do you mean that vote where if I was scum I could've easily voted out Gourd by going with the common consensus. That vote where I said I wasn't willing to kill Gourd - the same innocent Gourd you in fact voted for. That vote where I voted for the person I thought was acting most aggressively towards Gourd. That vote?

It might have helped a little if you gave a reason instead of just saying "I refuse to lynch Gourd" because Gourd did seem suspicious to many people...

If only... If only someone never switched votes last minute without explanation he might still be here.

Are you talking about Lockez and me? I think we gave every reason why we suspected Gourd, which I don't think was unreasonable.

We already covered this post the previous Day. I don't see what's scummy about it.

That's fine. As I said, it was the most substantial post you made and it offered absolutely nothing. It looks like either careless scum or uninvested town.
