In a mine south east of Eraki, there were falling boulders, which should not have been there at all. They are now removed. These rocks were a game stopper, because you could get blocked in.

There is also a sign to warn people about the mine cart. It is very glitchy if you try to move while you are riding it. So there is a sign specifically warning and reminding the player.

In the ice cave, there was this thing that look like a sword apparently on the floor on the third room (where the blue chests are). When I got to it, not only I couldn't pick it up, but the graphic was actually over my hero's sprite as if it where floating!

In the Hosts' den, I found the chest with the electric guitar, but couldn't find the way to get out of that area.

- Also, in the castle, I noticed a few scrolls on the first floor (the two on the left hand size outside the walls, one in the top right corner room) that can't be picked up. Is it a bug?

- Also, I found the ice cave. I got into the second room but once I opened one of the blue chests it threw me out.

- In the second screen of the mountains, there's this treasure chest and a flashing star near the bottom of some small waterfalls. You can walk across once to get near them, but if you try to do it again you can't reach these treasures.

- I found where Craze's shrine the problem is when you try to leave. Anyway you go to leave the shrine, you here footsteps sounds as if you were leaving but remain in the shrine.

- When you talk to the lady that sells the items, you get a new note in the Notebook called "Catagories". Since you don't have them anymore for the items nor the spells, it is no longer applicable.

- If you talk Enem more than once at the beginning, he can either block the doorway or, worse yet, cause the game to freeze. I actually had seen this one for your demo, but forgot to mention it.

- Remember the switch to the right of the first stairwell of the tower? If you flip it, it causes the game to get stuck.

- Mining freezes the game for 30 seconds when you mine at the same place twice.

- Another Bug: The first switch in the tower malfunctions upon it's second and third use. Just see for yourself.

- In the first dungeon, if you go back to talk to the guy who asks you for a splint he will heal you but his picture remains on the screen even after you move to another map area. This is highly disconserting and makes it very hard to play the game as it takes up almost half the screen.

- Also, both "Cure Orb" and "Heal Orb" at the beginning give a heal orb.

- I'd like to report a bug: No matter how many times I used an equipment ability, and no matter how many kills I got with them, they never get any CP (It was in the first dungeon, if that matters).
ISSUE ---
- a graphical issue: in the indoors, anywhere you have a doorway, you extended the wall, so that when you walk into the room you appear to be walking across a wall; you should change that all those tiles from wall to floor.

- heal is described as "Attack Mind +20" (this is definitely wrong!)

- there are items that you get either from the treasure chests, flashing stars or as drops after fights that once you check don't seem to be added to the inventory (I'm not sure about whether it happens after fights)

- when you get some items from treasure chests or flashing stars, it will be saying you're getting 0 (item name), when you are actually getting 1 of them (I'm not sure about whether it happens with the flashing stars)
ISSUE ---
- sometimes even though the story has advanced, the NPCs will start their conversation by saying the some of the same things as before, before saying the new dialogue (ex. the mayor, after you go to talk to him after rescuing the brothers)
ISSUE ---
- in the menu to buy equipment, you can't see the effect of equipping new equipment for the 4th party member (I got around this by moving that switching my party to move the member to the 2nd or 3rd slots, which is very inconvenient!)

Since I'm not around the epiquest file I can give you a hint of what I remember.

Northwest is starter town and the tower. Southwest is hidden town and the tunnel. Central is the mountain with the elf town. South is the ice cave and the waterfalls. South east is another elf town, north east is a tower. Toward the north is an abandon castle, a cave and other ruins.
About 10 hours in, now. Level 11 or 12.

I probably can fix that after thw eekend. Not sure what the orbs mean. Chances are they're just colors. I'll check it out. It has probably been fixed in my next game.

Not sure how to accurately describe it. As an example, in the magical elements, there are four light blue orbs, or circles, that are different sizes. And in the physical elements, there are mushrooms that symbolize different physical elements. I hope that this makes it a bit more clearer as to what I'm talking about.
I seem to have fixed that and it will be in the next update. I could be wrong but I think they are either magical / weapon elements or a strength of status ailments like weak to ailment, strong to ailment. Something like that.
Well, I was thinking that you wrote somewhere that you wont work on this anymore but it seems I have confused two games. But it also means that I forgot some things I noticed but here goes what I remember :)

In the starting town was that guy that makes teddy's from rat pelt or something, you can walk through the wall next to him.

Reflecting Vampirism doesn't work like I expected. Could be intentional but the damage gets reflected but the heal does not. Meaning that he gets damaged first and then healed by the same amount.

Another thing with reflecting. I'm not 100% sure because its hard to recreate but I'm pretty sure it is the cause for the crash I have sometimes.
Error Massage: "YERD Skill extra line 3268 undefined method 'name' for nil:NilClass"

From what I can tell it happens when a enemy targets another enemy that got itself killed by having a attack reflected to him.

Exp.
Wolf wants to attack with double attack.
Fairy wants to heal Wolf.

So the wolf attacks gets reflected and dies.
The Fairy wants to heal the Wolf and the game crashes.

I could not provoke it often enough to be really sure I guess that would be your job :)
The target probably just don't update correctly because nobody expected a enemy to kill itself. I could also be wrong :p

Edit: Oh yeah, you can teleport while you're in a boat witch isnt really helpful :)

Edit2: Ok seems like I was wrong about my theory about the crash, still it has something to do with reflect.

Edit3: When a enemy has a status effect and flees his sprite reappears when the status effect fades.
You may have answered this before - but I did not see it - after beating the 3 guys in the tower a balloon pops up there and I cannot move - game breaker - stuck there - any help ? Thanks

hmmm the painting. I could be wrong but I think you steal it. The combination is actually randomly generated and unique unto your game play. Joni I think you ditch her in some town ontop of a mountain.
I'm stuck. I finished the delivery quest from the armor shop but after that, I can't go through the tunnels or the tower because my character is to scared to go alone, I can't recruit anyone cause the headmaster has no time for teenager class characters and the mayor is too busy to speak to me.

What do I do?

In one of the houses you jump down a hole to help children.
After the mayor changes your class to hero he mentions equipping a subclass. I've been exploring different area's, grinding, and enjoying the game but I haven't seen an option in the menu or any where for selecting a sub class.

I can't seem to use the vampire dust to make anyone a Vampire Hunter.
(my party is hero,thief,mistress,grey)
Its been a while since I looked it up, but chances are a hunter becomes a vampire hunter. I'm not sure on that since its been a while. And as for the sub class. That's probably an incorrect statement on my part or something that was removed from the game at some point. Sorry for the false statement there.

I tried it on a hunter in the menu and it still just made the can't use it sound. tried a fighter too, so I'm lost as to how to get a Vampire Hunter character with the vampire dust.
Now that I have time, I've opened up the program. Looks like Vampire Dust will make a vampire hunter out of the following classes. Hero, Fighter, Barbarian and Blackbelt.

If this was intentional on my part, this seems very illogical. Those classes make no sense to make a vampire hunter. Maybe this was an error on my part making them the vampire hunter class.

I noticed in the features section, the first line, is mocking a player who took 21hrs to finish your game.........not nice ShortStar. Maybe he or she was old and feeble and lived in a Florida 55+ community. Please be a little more understanding of us elderly players as we also enjoy games on this site.

Have you considered it might have been the fault of Vampire Dust ???

Its not mocking. Its acknowledging. Some people explore a lot. I meant no disrespect to that person. They got 21 hours of playtime out of the game. Some people get 99 hours out of Final Fantasy 1.
