Give Zhambra a spear and use Ease Earth on himself on turn 1. Then have everyone else cast their good statuses/shields on him, like Malachin's Concussion Shield and Oldra's Regen/Max HP buffs. Then on turn 2, have Zhambra use Shared Destiny to give all his stuff to the rest of the party.
You can also equip the Attention Band/Covert Band to manipulate who gets targeted more/less.

There is no way to cure the poison, but using HP regeneration status can help to reduce the HP loss. Alternatively a cheap way to do this is:
