Someone else also mentioned Zelda Wind Waker or something before when they saw this type of underwater scene, but I haven't played it and don't know why it looks similar, but I'm kind of curious. Do you have a screenshot of that particular area in Zelda or something?

I think your browser might be blocking the actual file, so you have an incomplete file format. Try looking at the top right of your browser for Downloads, and look for an option to keep the file or allow it to be finished downloading or something like that. Or try downloading it again first if you can't find it anymore.
