Chronicles of Tsufanubra Review

3/5's nothing to complain about! I'm satisfied knowing you enjoyed your experience (for the most part), and put in the effort to give us a review! I appreciate it. It's no 5-star masterpiece, but I'm extremely satisfied that all the reviews and comments I've received thus far have been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone has different opinions in regards to what they find enjoyable, and I'm happy that you've shared yours with us! Thanks, aquatorrent! =)

Also, I can't wait to see what you've got in store for us with that review of yours, Cap! ;P

Dragon Fantasy: Heroes of Tsufana Review

I never did thank you for this review, did I? I was certain I'd left a comment at some point, but evidently not!

Man, I had a hearty chuckle reading this review, especially when you brought up the elder's material support. Every now and then I come back to read this just to smile from ear-to-ear and do some stupid grin like a kid from seeing all the little details you poked in here.

In retrospect, I do wish I'd given the game a better ending. It deserves that much, at least! Also, going back and replaying this allowed me to rekindle my appreciation for even the simplest approach to the classic JRPG formula.

Umbral Soul Review

Would you just look at all those five star reviews?! How could I possibly not want to download this game now?! I'm actually writing this comment as the game downloads, which is taking... longer than usual for some reason? A day where my internet decided not to be wonky would be a day I'd have to buy some lottery tickets or something. =\

Chronicles of Tsufanubra Review

AWESOME! Thank you so much, iKeratz, for not only playing this game to completion, but also praising it as much as you have in this form of this review. You can be certain that when I woke up this morning to find I'd received my first review and it was this positive that it wasn't long before my excitement replaced the need for any caffeine!

I also appreciate your kind words, Dyhalto! I'm glad to know that I'm improving. Hopefully the only direction I go form here is UP! =D

Dragon Fantasy Review

Ah yes, I loved this review when I first received it, and I loved reading it again! Hopefully Chronicles of Tsufanubra does my old classic some justice.

Dragon Fantasy: Origins Review

I'd always contemplated designing my own monster graphics for this project, and probably only used the Wizardry ones as placeholders, but somewhere down the line decided that wasn't something I was quite up for. Mind you, if I HAD created my own monster graphics, they'd probably be HEAVILY influenced by the ones I used! Hahahaha.

This game came out far better than I'd expected, and was also received better than I thought it'd be, too! So looking back, I really DO wish that I had to finish it! Maybe that can be another project for the distant future? The only downside is that it's (it'd be) ESSENTIALLY a downgrade (how's that even possible?!) of Heroes of Tsufana, considering THAT'S what DF:Origins later grew into.

Thanks for the review, Corfaisus! I loved loging in to find it waiting for me, and enjoyed the read! I greatly appreciate it =)

Dragon Fantasy BOSS TRIAL Review

I loved reading through each and every one of these, Dyhalto! I can't believe you actually REVIEWED these games! They were sort of experiments that I worked on while taking a break from my main project at the time, and not something I'd expected to be given full-length reviews.

One line I LOVED was from the Boss Project III review, and it was in regards to Renton: " Renton is a badass. He looks like a dweeb, and I'm sure much sand was kicked in his face when he was Level 1, but that was before he learned Fire/Ice/Lit 6 whereas the rest of the world doesn't even know there are 4 & 5 variants."

You got my hopes up in the Boss Project IV review for an Eternal Paradise review! I was secretly hoping that would be the next one =X

Thanks for the effort you put into this! I know it's all part of the reviewing event, but I absolutely love logging on and seeing stuff like this! I appreciate it, good sir!

Dragon Fantasy 2 Review

That's not the case, sadly. That's one of the main reasons I wanted to remake the first game, actually; the original's story was so... IFFY, and given the opportunity, I figured it was high time I did the series some justice in the story department. With DFR's completion, the sequel should fit more into place within the timeline than it does now, but I still think DF II will need a little bit of tweaking in the future.

And regardless of when you played the game, I still greatly appreciate the review! I love getting these! (who doesn't?!)

I had to laugh at the *BUMP* bit, though, because that was certainly THE most tedious part of the entire making of this game. It payed off in the end, though. =)

Dragon Fantasy 2 Review

An incredibly enjoyable read! I didn't think I'd see a review pop up for this again; Heroes of Tsufana's what I figured most people would be focusing on these days. I'm certainly not complaining, though! I was grinning from ear to ear the moment I began reading all the way to the end. I cannot thank you enough for this review, Dyhalto, and I appreciate both the review and the fact that you played the game to completion!

On that note, however, I regretfully inform you that the end of DFII doesn't really connect with the first game all that much, and it's not really much of a sequel. I was kind of spontaneous with my ideas at the time, so it didn't really turn out to be the follow-up (story wise) that I'd have liked it to be. If anything, you could consider DFR to be the TRUE prequel that leads into this game, as everything's been FAR more planned out in advance. You'll see what I mean once that game's released ;)

Also, you gotta love that Wooden Stick! *BUMP*

Dragon Fantasy: Heroes of Tsufana Review

Yeaaaaahhhh, it's probably a TAD too vague, which is why I felt inclined to post the World Map up in the Images section. Though what's done is done I suppose, so it's just one of it's short-comings. Lol. =P
