Nice map! I've been thinking of playing with "history" in the future and making a modernish game, but then I freak out about causing world wars to get a plot going...

Maybe it's cloud shadows blocking out sunlight? I really don't know... the rest of the map looks really good though, except you may want to change the water to be less blocky...

I added a beta download for the testers of Act II. The download only appears to the testers, but the game still shows up on the front page.
