Yo Lysander, I'm really happy for you. I'll let you finish, but iishenron made one of the greatest rpgmaker games of all time.
Regarding use of face sets
I wasn't aware my 50 swords for the game would be inadequate. This is really discouragiung because my sword designer has left my project thinking his job was finished. I still have someone who is really good at putting polearms in rpgmaker games.

Regarding use of face sets
I am assuming the answer to this is pretty much a no brainer, but thought I might as well get opinions, so
My main hero now has a set of 12 available expressions in her face set. I started the game only having a couple of them. So I have been reviewing every line of dialogue she has, choosing the expression that best fits. Not only is it tedious to try to capture every little nuance in what she may be saying, but I am starting to imagine
the rapid changing of expressions being very distracting to the player. Originally I thought all this attention to detail would be appreciated by the player. What do you think?

My user name was kind of an evolution since early childhood. Sometime around the age of 4, my younger brother was learning to say my name. The best he could do was call me "G". My dad thought it was funny so he had always used it for my nickname. Somewhere along the line, this nickname got lengthened and I was "Doobie G". After me and my brother made this band called the Dukes of Flavor, I was given a duke name which was "Duke Doobie G". A year or so later a friend Luke joined us in making music. Our first song together was called Knights of the Living Dead. Luke introduded me like a Herald would before this track, saying "The Illustrious Duke Doobie G presents..." When I signing up om my first rpgmaker forum Illustrious became the handle I chose.

Hello, thank you everyone who is following this game. It makes me very happy to see people who are here because they liked my past work.
Things I am putting into VF are looking very nice, although coming along at a slow slow pace. In my experience with this, I have come to see myself as a good storyteller
with a strong artistic vision. One thing I am really stumbling on is making the game mechanics that are compelling enough for this game. I am looking to add a team member
with some experience and cool ideas to bring in some fun gameplay.

Looking for cool battle animations
I plan to design a lot of my spell animations, but it is not something I want to spend a large percentage of my game making time working on. I am asking if anyone will let me use some spell animations they designed as an alternative to using the animations that come in Rm2k3. Tell me the link to your game if you want to help out, and let me know if there are ones you do not want me to use. (I will give credit in my game) It takes me quite a while to make anything that looks decent, so if it comes more naturally to you, it will be a great help. If everything goes right they will be placeholders until I get around to making my own. So no one is confused, I am talking about the animation programming and not just animation resources.
