Nocturne: Rebirth (English)
Ahh, I did have a decent supply of the Pheonix Feathers, I should've used those, ha ha.
I think it may have been an rtp issue. But I also think that the original was using different named original rtp sprites as well, because I found all the non-original rtp in the game, but not any of the default stuff. I think that may have had a hand in not being able to play it.
Yeah, I want to get passed that so I can access the director's room and fight the one optional battle against those 3 girls, which I believe is the hardest optional boss battle in the game.
And speaking of those girls, I think they were fightable outside of the director's room, but that one is still in investigation as I only saw one of the three girls being fightable, or it may have been added by someone that wasn't cogwheel.

Although I do have a question, in that one room that's underneath Khaos' desk where you'll encounter a wizard like enemy, he'll spam magic that's incredibly overkill, is there anyway I can survive that nonsense!?
Also, have you fully played the original Nocturne on rm2k? I tried, but I think I downloaded the game wrong or something, because it wouldn't run the game. :P

Well, it was a game made in my early teens, so I suppose it was to be expected as such, can't win em' all. Eh? Well, while it may have not have been your cup o tea, hell I ended up not liking the game after I was finished, but hey, I wanted to finish it, no matter how shitty the plot was, I hope one of my other cliche games will fill that cup.

Playing a bit of that Cross Code game. I realized that one of the game makers is Iaschen, the guy who made Velsarbor. That's pretty badass.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news on this, but unfortunately, it requires you to start over from the beginning. It's a victor script thing, whenever a major update to the game was made like that, it would cause that error, so existing save files from an older version of the game and you tried to play it on a newer game would cause that error.
Sorry about that, it's just how the that particular script works, I wish there was a workaround on that, because I went through that error whenever I put in different scripts in.

That's weird, I could've sworn I got that fixed, did you update your game recently to fix that problem? And if not go back down the stairs, and go through the middle of the stairs when going up, it should activate the event.
But download the new version of the game before you do that.
I am in the middle of updating the game and replacing all of the commercial music with original ones, so the update may take a little while.
