FINAL FANTASY: RECORD KEEPER
I actually forgot about all of the gift mythril we got today, so that'll give me some breathing room in the future. I don't know what you mean by a welcome pack, but it seems weird that you'd get one on the anniversary rather than when you created your account.
Regarding Ultimate Leblanc, the trio just doesn't appear to be that threatening to me and their low HP should make the fight pretty brief. What I will probably end up doing is making my RW a Boostga of some flavor because the medal requirements and my gear options make tricky to fit Drunk Cecil; probably Lenna's if it's in the queue. One of my followers changed their RW to Wakka, so that's also an option since it'll Blind and Poison everybody. I'll probably change my mind after the ultimate is in the game data and I can see exactly what their abilities do.
This game needs to add new 4-star items to the pot. It's so rare that I can combine anything anymore.

I was looking at using Edgar as well, for the same reasons. Banishing Strike, Blind Shell, Bio Blaster. Good fit and I have two sword options. Actually hard to settle on a party... I might end up running that encounter without cure magic and relying on limit breaks.
Anime for someone who doesn't really 'like' anime.
I don't remember if it was Fate Night/Stay or one of the other ones, but I decided it was terrible after about 4-5 episodes in. It was whichever one Nessiah told me was the best one, some time ago.

Regarding +30 ATK accessories, I'm just going to throw this out there: in my experience, defensive accessories are better than offensive ones, but it's superb when you can get both on a single item.
Right now I'm on track to do a single 11-pull for banner 4, banner 5, FFT, and then Relm 2.
Looking past Relm, there are a lot of banners I'm interested in but it's unlikely I'll have the mythril income to do all of them. I'm interested in Basch. Last FF12 event I only got armor, so most of my weapons are 4++ except for an old Danjuro dagger. FF3 is a given because nobody has FF3 shit. I'm very interested in the Kuja banners but FF9 isn't the highest priority so I'll probably have to drop that unless I have way more mythril than I expect. I'm not really interested in the Serah banners, but I could use more FF13 gear because I still rely heavily on gift items for it. I want to pull on the Figaro banner because Edgar is my favorite character in my favorite Final Fantasy and Tools->Chainsaw is my favorite command in the entire franchise, but I'm already rock solid on physical weapons and armor for FF6 so this is another luxury pull. There are still many events beyond that, but I'm only getting a rough idea of my plans.
Mastered Black Materia this morning. Not sure if I'll bring Sephiroth to the ultimate but I'll at least throw him at the single-target bosses during this event's bonus battles. I haven't put thought into my ultimate party yet so there might still be room for him with Yukikaze and Flashing Blade (if I have the orbs to hone it--need to check).

Yikes. Bonus battles don't come until the first. At least there's more orb dungeons and a dungeon update. Ah, nevermind... Dungeon update isn't until the second.

For samurai stuff, I liked some weird one called Shigurui. It had very minimalist animation which was off-putting at first, but I stuck with it long enough to get hooked. It's a fairly serious drama with a lot of violence. It was on Netflix for awhile, but I think Funimation might stream it.

On the subject of MSTK3, don't forget that the show had to get rights to air the movies it mocked, because broadcasting a whole movie while telling jokes over it isn't considered fair use.

80s Astro Boy is my favorite too, which is expected given my age group, I guess. I have the DVD set. The 2000s Astro was aired out-of-order, with some episodes being cut outright, which is its biggest problem. That and Atlas came across as more dignified and tragic, which I thought was cool. Dude rode a god damn robot horse. There was a good GBA game based on 2000s Astro, though.
The US opening theme was better than the Canadian one:

I actually avoid leveling dudes up to their cap, and egg them to it when it needs to be broken. I target Lv60 and Lv70, and then the rest of the experience they get is from their dungeons, so that the synergy XP isn't wasted. I'll probably move that 70 to 75 once all of my MC1 characters are caught up to 60.
