Depends on the game. Most will have an Option in the Options Menu, for example, I often put games like Minecraft that I would wanna tab in and out of, into Windowed Mode so it's easier to manage.
In RPG Maker Games there are plugins/scripts to allow that kinda stuff and I think some RMs have a hotkey for it. (F11? I think?)

Mystery Dorm Review
Yeah it is a pretty crappy thing to do, to review the latest version of a game even though many of the complaints are fixed. Heck, he updated this game as recently as today.
That's just being lazy. Just because there isn't an extensive change log, doesn't mean nothing has changed. All this old review does is discredit the creator for what he has already put in lots of time to fix.

A Public Apology
Plagiarism isn't good but it's an honorable thing to come forward and such so good job. There have been many who plagiarize and never admit it, refuse to ever give credit, they're cruel and mean but you coming forward and giving credit, while it doesn't excuse your actions, was the right thing to do and I hope you don't get banned or anything like that.
