do we count time spent planning things on paper count toward the 24 hours, or just time spent actually constructing the game in rpgmaker?

as a matter of fact, the only reason we went to klahanie in the first place is because alice lake was full. x:
(and then we returned in subsequent years because i was 9 and loved the BUNNIES EVERYWHERE)

i remember i did a sharked playthrough once with a starting team consisting of delibird, smeargle, nosepass, and i think wailmer. it was extreme(ly painful).

in a similar vein, i once went through ruby with only a koffing named ARRRRRRRGH.

Hurray for Steely Dan, I bought Aja a few days ago. I like their other albums too (like Everything Must Go) but Aja just hits all the right notes (pun intended) for me.
Posting Deacon Blues for good measure.
What are you thinking about right now?

WHO NEEDS CHEMISTRY ANYWAY
cant wait till i can drop this atrocity of a subject
I have the utmost respect for the fine science of chemistry, but I'm with you - I'm eagerly awaiting the day three months from now when I'll never have to think about it again. Every chemistry course I've taken has just been one chore after another. :/
Difficult Boss Battles, Skippable Cutscenes, and Rage
Why not give the player a choice if they want to restart the battle in the same state as when they started FFMQ style?
Sounds like the system they had in Baten Kaitos. If you were defeated by a boss, you were given the option of a prompt rematch - only rather than starting in the same state as before, you were taken to the menu and given the option of modifying your party setup. I think it's a little smoother than what's been suggested.
