The Unofficial Squaresoft MUD is a free online game based on the worlds and combat systems of your favorite Squaresoft games. UOSSMUD includes job trees from FFT and FF5, advanced classes from multiple other Square games, and worlds based extremely accurately upon Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasies 5, 6, and 7. Travel through the original worlds and experience events that mirror those of the original games in an online, multiplayer format.

Pianotm: Does the use of the Stupidity Gauntlet mean that hammer only requires four votes now? Four votes is now a majority of possible votes, instead of a tie.

Why would the Stupidity Gauntlet, destined to make the game perfectly balanced, as all things should be, not be given to the gray spy?
More seriously, the argument that scum probably wouldn't have both items makes sense to me. They really are redundant. I didn't think Cavedog was scum in this game to begin with though.

Convenient that it didn't play a song about Oddrabbit, Jeroen, or one of the people who had already been trumpeted from the heavens. Hitting Cap or Psy would have been ideal, though, of course, at least for me.

I find it vaguely interesting that so far, only my item and the euphonium arrived later than the start of the game. But only in, like, the sense that studying the ancient pyramids is interesting. I don't think there's any possible way to act on this info.

My pair of tap dancing shoes says it goes to another player under some unknown condition, and kind of implies that happens after the item's been used. I assume someone else had it on day one and they died, but maybe it just spawned mid-game out of the goodness of Pianotm's shriveled black heart.

My preemptive plan, if that happens, is to vote for Psy. My new theory is that Demonlord probably had an item that can kill someone. So if Psy's strategy of tuba spam had actually been possible, and everyone had been revealed, scum could have killed both agents on night one.
This is just a theory, but scum Liberty had an extra kill item in the first Spy vs. Mafia game, and town had a bodyguard item in this game, so it makes a lot of sense to me. It explains why scum-Psy would not only blow the tuba but also encourage people to fill the chat with a symphony of toots.
