I'm a busy college student, who in her free time loves to play videogames, making new rpg maker games(instead of finishing the old ones -.-), watching animes and reading fantasy books.

Me too!!! That could have been really cool! I don't know what people find thaaaat interesting and fun about retro... There are sooo many limitations! Escape the room would have been really fun too... You know what? We have to find 8 or 11 more people and convince them to vote either for escape the room or bangers and smash! :D

I would say Smashers and Bash, Badaption or normal, especially the first two: they sound really interesting and fun to do! Just please not retro...
As for the 10 days or hours... I would say that it depends on the event which we choose. 10 hours is of course more challenging but if the event needs time and much work to do, i would say then that 10 days are better. Otherwise it could be possible that some of us couldn't make it till the time limit and have to exit the event... Which is a pity, and sadly it's something that already happened in the past.

@Luiishu535: i really like your map! Especially the palette you used. The art style could be simple but on the other hand very beautiful indeed! Love it!
@LockeZ: i think the new one is pretty good. It feels "fuller" than before and besides I like the docks really much!

Magik, I find your map very good. I can't find any significant mistake (there is a broken tree behind one roof) and it offers us a nice route to take through the place.
Thank you!!! I'm glad you liked it! Actually I thought that maybe I should have made the map a bit larger instead of that long... But it was too late to make everything from the beginning so i left it like that. Oh yeah, the tree, i didn't notice it! Thank you for telling me about it.

This is a very nice topic! I think it's a good idea to practice mapping in this way, so that we can get some feedbacks from others! I find it very motivating! I hope, that my little free time will allow me to make a map though :(

Hiiii guys! The game which I want to post for the "A Halloween Event" got refused because of some spell/grammar mistakes in the description, which I sadly didn`t find in order to correct them... So, I wondered if you guys could kindly help me :)

Heric and his family move to a small town in the middle of the mountains in order to start a new life. Infact because of bad episodes, which happened in the past, the family needed a place where nobody knew them. But things are even more difficult for Heric, who doesn`t like the place at all: he misses his old friends and his dear uncle. His father and his sister seem to not care or maybe they just don`t see what he sees. His sister meets two twins, who are really nice and cute. She quickly has a good friendship with them. But not everything you see is true. Bad things were behind the corner: the problems weren`t still finished for them.
This is a story-based, horror game, made for the "A Halloween Horror 2016" event. We hope, you will like the it.
