Hi, Any updates on the release date? Cant wait to play it.
Thanks for the interest! I just uploaded a Pre-Alpha demo with about 45 minutes or so of gameplay on itch. It's a little something that I hope people will enjoy and get a taste of the game. I'll be linking to that download on here shortly.

I never had lag issues on the world map before; it was just the airship disappearing. Though now I'm facing input lag in menus instead...
Oh, there's quite a bit of lag especially when you get into late-game on the Overworld, but it looks like it can't be helped. I'd advise downloading the updated build that is the previous version that seemed to work all the way through for everyone, and if your save isn't compatible for whatever reason then I'd start a fresh save. Again, my apologies on that. I tried to get rid of the lag by separating the Overworld into different maps at key events and it just didn't work out like I planned.

So, I finally got the airship issues worked out, but when I got the earth crystal back to troia, the airship was gone when I left!
Yeah, it looks like me trying to get rid of the lag on the Overworld backfired real bad. I'm going to revert the build back to the previous one. At least it worked all the way through with little issue, even if there's huge lag on the Overworld. Sorry about that Lunarman.

Are there any other games you would recommend checking out while we wait for the reverse campaign?
Wheelman mentioned some great games, and I'd add Legend of Balance, Blackmoon Prophecy 2, Lakria Legends, and Luxaren Allure as well. Oh, and (shameless plug ahead) I'll mention my own game, Final Fantasy IV Alter Destiny. =P
Just wanted to say too, that I check this page every day for a new blog post about the new campaign and/or word on the sequel. It's just that amazing of a game. I'm looking forward to the new campaign and the sequel about as much as most people are looking forward to games like KH3 and Devil May Cry 5.

Yeah, sorry about that. Something concerning came up some time ago where it was necessary to get rid of the game page. If we're lucky, someone better than I will take what I started and really run with it. Here's hoping.

I can't seem to figure this one thing out...I'm using the latest release so why am I getting stuck so far in..? (also the game crashes with an error if I try to get out of the "quit" menu without picking something)
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've been out of town recently. I just put up a data patch under Downloads that'll hopefully fix that issue. It'll only work for saves just before you get the Enterprise.
If you're still having issues, send me your save file and I'll fix it for you.

I'm really stuck on Dazil right now. I've got the 3D map in front of me for reference, but it's just not hitting my brain the right way. Once Dazil is complete (both exterior and interior maps), the next maps will be the Dazil Desert (where Fei gets the motorcyle and meets Grahf).
