This is true, but that particular revival effect suffers this pitfall TWICE - it might not be useful and it might flat-out fail

Actually, YES, I have NFI what I am doing with VX. I am mostly learning by messing with customizable scripts, reading random FAQs, etc. But there's no real comprehensive overview or a good helpfile. Maybe a starter "VX for Dummies" explaining the engine in general would help - for example, pointing out that its particular scripting language is RGSS / Ruby - and differences between it and the earlier generations.

But really, that combined with the idea of "custom made maps" really supports that this could come off as an inquiry about panorama mapping from someone not familiar with the term panorama. Especially the idea that particular example games have them... since EVERY game has "custom made maps"... unless there are magical RTP -maps- I don't know about.

Or are you asking about custom made chipsets? I'm not even going to try
