Is it custom made or did you find this somewhere? I've been trying to create custom chipsets to implement some originality into Lufia VI.

Have you tried making castles yet? They are a bit complicated unless you know what they look like. So far the towns remind me a lot of Lufia FOD:) Are all the towns going to be styled this way?

I like how you gave everybody their own eye colors. I was going to do something like that because of the fact that everyone's eyes were just black lines in the original games. This makes them look more lively and adds to their character. I also have another question, do you plan on having a night/day system?
I added this simply because it isn't always daytime and that always confused me in some rpgs. Also, different things happen at night and day and different monsters may appear as well.

Well, there are a number of things you can do. I would take the game step by step. I didn't start making any games until late 2011 and early 2012 and I have learned a lot about RPG and Game maker. You can learn if you experiment with the program you are using even if it is not an official game. Simply start by asking questions or reading tutorials here on RMN. There are an abundance of people who would be more than happy to answer them.
I have made some games that simply just test out how the program works. For Example, I a making a game called Fantasia that started out as a bunch of random objects that test how the program works. There is even a test room in the game that has a bunch of experiments that I may use.
So I would just learn how to do everything step by step. Start with mapping or something. If you think 5 hours is something, wait until you get deep into the game, it will take beyond hours to get things done. Like some of the comments said above, first finish a game, then try to gather a team. One thing I've learned from experience is that working by yourself is way easier than working with people that aren't always going to be there for you or have the imagination you have. Of course this isn't true in all cases because teams can be fun to have and work with.

Will you have to try multiple times in order to beat him? I like it when boss battles depend on all out strategies.

Oh, I see what you mean now. The circle is made of pixels, but I can fix this easily by choosing the smooth option. That will make it more curvaceous rather than jagged. And thanks by the way:) This level is actually going to be a sky high tower that may consist of 25 levels. It could be an extra area to visit or something. Each floor will have something special about it. This will also be used in the pyramid level until you hit the torch switch(which eliminates the circle).
However, this screenshot was taken when I had resolution issues which made things way off.
For Example: This is another screenshot that was taken that had the same problem. The chipsets are off and some of the sprites seem to be mashed together. Also the numbers on the HUD are jagged as well.

Has anyone thought of making the sinistrals appear different? In every Lufia game the sinistrals have on new clothing/armor.
