XANEDIL'S PROFILE

While I've used RPG Maker for maybe 4 or 5 years now, I've never completed or published any RPGs. Hopefully, I'll be able to soon. If I ever do, feel free to say whatever you want about them. Note that I don't make them namely for a fanbase but more of for my own self-enjoyment, however, constructive criticism is always welcome.
Right now I have absolutely no inspiration for any future projects. I've juggled a few ideas for either new things for my current project (which is borderline hiatus right now) and new ideas but nothing is satisfying me -_-

So why am I hearing that the Airbender movie sucked?

Why am I not surprised?
Just seeing the trailer told me everything I needed to know about how it would've went down.
Sadly, the trailer was the best part of the movie and it wasn't even in it. I have yet to see a good live action adaption of a cartoon series. That's why I know The Smurfs is going to fail. (why the hell are smurfs in NYC?!)
So, I missed out on the Gamecube era...

Starfox Adventures wasn't even meant to be a Starfox game. If you can get past the fact that it's not "Starfox," it's a decent game.
Crystal Chronicles was fun, but it's even better with friends in my opinion. Unfortunately the game forces you to use your Gameboy Advances so good luck with that. (only for multiplayer though thank God)
Zelda Four Swords Adventure was okay, but it might bear a higher than average price because it's "Zelda."
Skies of Arcadia is a pretty good JRPG. I heard it was better on Dreamcast but it's a pretty decent port.
Super Mario Sunshine is good. People say it's the lowest of the 3 3D Mario games but it's still good.
I also liked Luigi's Mansion, although it is pretty short and people usually say it was shit. Poor Luigi.

Blizz ABS Arcade Review
I've tried using Blizz ABS before. Basically it's an easy-man's ABS so you pretty much get what you payed for (which is nothing.) I played another game that featured it that also used the awkward ASDW controls, showing that both of these developers were to lazy to see that they could very easily changed the key configuration in the script. Blizz even gives you an application that makes it even easier.
*sigh* people these days :(

Reveal your secrets: where did you get your ideas?
I suck when it comes to inspiration. When something inspires me, my work seems like a blatant knockoff. When I use my own ideas, they just plain suck.
I think tardis has solved my problem though XD

Best VG Soundtracks + overrated
Best VG Soundtracks + overrated
I feel that FFVII has the most overrated soundtrack. It does have a lot of great music, but songs like One Winged Angel where everyone orgasms at I feel are just overrated.
As for best soundtracks, it's a tough call for me.
My favorites are the ones to Golden Sun, Mother (all three) and Lost Odyssey. I can't really decide which one's my favorite or qualifies as best though.
Edit: Oh, I f*cking love Morrowind's soundtrack.

post=146271You and me both.
I loved Mother 3's soundtrack, and I can listen to every track without getting tired of it.

Real life rpg
Back where I used to live there was a LARP that took place once a year called Dreamscape. My friend invited me to it once but I couldn't go. I don't know, I think it's probably better to leave RPGs in the realm of gaming, but LARPing would be something to try once...
