While I've used RPG Maker for maybe 4 or 5 years now, I've never completed or published any RPGs. Hopefully, I'll be able to soon. If I ever do, feel free to say whatever you want about them. Note that I don't make them namely for a fanbase but more of for my own self-enjoyment, however, constructive criticism is always welcome.
Right now I have absolutely no inspiration for any future projects. I've juggled a few ideas for either new things for my current project (which is borderline hiatus right now) and new ideas but nothing is satisfying me -_-

Seriously, the local game retailer here rips you off like no other when you trade in games.
I pity any fool who trades in games. (lol, Mr. T) Most of the time I like to come back to games so after I play them I let them sit for a while and then play them again. Then twenty years later I sell them when they are rare (maybe...)
I liked Colosseum, although I could never have the time to beat it. I think my bro just got it so that he could get the Jirachi that came on the bonus disk.

I've made my own battle characters for my game. They didn't look very good with the rtp but...
I'll agree, rtp battle characters are not all that great, especially for a horror game. Kentona's are probably good ones to use as a base to make your own.

Multiple love interests in a serious rpg... Does it work?
I'm sure it's possible, but it's hard enough making one love interest seem plausible. My game focuses mainly around one love intrest, and personally I'm not very pleased with the end result >_<

RPG2k3 + SAI Paint = Fail
SAI worked fine for my facesets, however when trying to use it for pictures, it didn't work out too well. My sis uses Paint.net so I'll probably use that. I've used GG before but it didn't click with me so to speak.

I feel so bummed. I was working on new picture sets of random characters of mine to see if I could use pictures in place of facesets. Unfortunately my colors got warped, so that idea is scrapped :(
If anyone has any tricks to reduce color warping maybe I could get it working, but I'll probably just either save the idea for XP or just use MS Paint (which I hate drawing in...)

NPC's Anyone????
Try to have some variety. If they are looking at something far away, then by all means have then stand still, but at least have them say something about what they're looking at or something. You can also have some that move randomly, some that move back and forth, and even some who move on they're own custom path. Just don't be too repetitive.
