XANEDIL'S PROFILE

While I've used RPG Maker for maybe 4 or 5 years now, I've never completed or published any RPGs. Hopefully, I'll be able to soon. If I ever do, feel free to say whatever you want about them. Note that I don't make them namely for a fanbase but more of for my own self-enjoyment, however, constructive criticism is always welcome.

Right now I have absolutely no inspiration for any future projects. I've juggled a few ideas for either new things for my current project (which is borderline hiatus right now) and new ideas but nothing is satisfying me -_-

Tower of Heaven

Never had I ever played a platformer where it feels like a limb is torn from you every level.

Even in the Midst of Darkness... Review

Thanks for the review, and yeah, I am am aware of some of these plot holes and such. Also I do hope to do something to help gameplay out, for that is definitely not my strong suite.
And Darken I can see where you are going on that. Perhaps I could've done a better job spacing out some of the conflicts, especially the marriage one.
And yeah, I thought Poliester's dialogue during that scene was clever, but the more I look at it, I do see your point.

I highly doubt that, but thank you.

DOING IT! ~ WEEK TEN

I generally don't plan my maps out, but I find that when I do, whether it'd be drawing a picture of it or setting a grid for it on graph paper, they tend to be better and make more sense. As for events, npcs I generally add in last. I first focus on the map, followed by main events, followed by npcs/superfluous events.

I would describe the current maps that I'm working on as:
Ruin....y? Nah.
Dilapidated relic left over from an ancient time.
Better, but still sounds like at least one map in every rpg ever made -_-

An ATB system with a small change

I did something similar with one of my games where I converted the MP bar into a stamina bar that had 100 points that were used to attack, use skills, and special moves. Wasn't that great though -_-

RPGS... you've beaten

I don't care how buggy as hell it was, it was the first RPG I ever played. I only just got around to beating it last year though.
Yah, it was games like that why the N64 wasn't known for RPGs (except Paper Mario)

and here's your cookie....

RPGS... you've beaten

Beaten:
Final Fantasy III
Final Fantasy CC Ring of Fates
Oblivion
Paper Mario
Paper Mario TTYD
Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow
Castlevania Order of Eclessia
Earthbound
Mother 3
Golden Sun
Golden Sun 2
Kingdom Hearts
Kingdom Hearts CoM
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Pokemon (all generations, excluding console ones)
Zelda (all of them except the first two and the DS ones)
Avalon Code
Tales of Symphonia
Tales of the Tempest
Aidyn Chronicles (obscure much?)
Quest 64 (this too)
Chrono Trigger
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (if that counts? Was a puzzle game, but it's DRAGON QUEST!)
Sword of Mana
The World Ends With You
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time

Still need to beat:
Morrowind
Lunar Silver Star Harmony
Final Fantasy IV
Skies of Arcadia
Baiten Kaitos (both)
Kingdom Hearts 2 (and BbS when that comes out -_-)
Nostalgia
Fallout 3 (if that counts?)
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology
Wild ARMs XF
Crisis Core FFVII
Tales of Symphonia: KoR
Final Fantasy X (I am so close to beating it)
Mother 1
Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
Dragon Age: Origins
Tales of Vesperia

Lot's of games I still have to beat. My sister owns almost all of the PS2 RPGs worth getting (and then some) but I can't play them until she beats them, and my god she is SLOOOOWWWWwwww....

P.S. I will give a cookie to anyone else who has played Aidyn Chronicles.

Pokemon: Shards of the Orichalcos

Three comments-
-For some dumb reason, I really wish you used Red instead of Ash.
-Level caps sound alright I guess, but for us gamers who always grind the hell out of our games (which I think is just me), it might be an annoyance.
-I like the sound of every region.

Sounds like a lot of work, especially for a Pokemon game. Good luck on sticking with it.

DOING IT! - WEEK EIGHT - DOUBLE FEATURE!

I'm kinda late for this but...

This scene is for when these 3 people (names not revealed) find this ancient thingy plotpoint... thing...

and...

Technically a face set, but I don't care.

Both are for a game I'm working on that is as of now doesn't have enough content for a gamepage. Hopefully I'll have something soon.
