@Bradon: My computer has a clipboard? Meh, I've explored my computer but apprently I have explored enough. >_<;
:(
What I am saying is:
The printscreen key does the same thing for pictures that the copy command does for text.
So I bought a PS3 [Recommend me some games]

Why has no one recommended Dragon Quest VIII?
I thought you wanted PS3 games only. I had forgotten your long hiatus from Playstation consoles! I'll recommend my favorite three PS2 games with your tastes in mind:
Dragon Quest VIII because it is unequivocally the best video game ever made.
Final Fantasy X and XII because even though the internet hates these games (the law of the internet is that you cannot like a Final Fantasy game less than ten years old; I recall when VII came out and for a long time everyone insisted it was the worst game ever), it's hard to get a better RPG than Final Fantasy. XII is especially interesting because it has some unusual mechanics and a storyline that, in its sparseness, is much easier to enjoy and take seriously than the angst-ridden teen operas than Final Fantasy games usually are.
Xenosaga 3 and not the first two. The first two games are not good. Even WIP likes Xenosaga 3! It is basically a Dragon Quest game set in outer space. The story is full of symbolism that will take you back to 10th grade creative writing, but if you manage to ignore that you'll realize the characters are all very good and the story itself is pretty interesting. Because Xenosaga 1 and 2 are purely expository and the entire series' plot occurs in this game, you really aren't missing anything either.
Shadow Hearts 2 and not 1 or 3. Everyone agrees the other two were not very good. SH2, however, was a total fluke and was accidentally a very good game. It's the only video game that every member of #rm2k enjoyed a lot and did not disagree with. It's not the best game in any particular area, but it's reasonably solid in absolutely every regard. In this sense it reminds me of Drake's Fortune -- it's excellent not because it does anything very well but because it does a lot of things competently.
Of course Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest are easy recommendations for an RPG nut, but Xenosaga 3 really is one the best worst-selling jRPGs out there. But seriously seriously do not play the first two first. They are not very good.
Also note that all five of the above games have excellent music!
A Tale of Two Guitar Games: I am fairly certain that the PS3 compatibility issue was never resolved. On 360 the guitars are interchangeable though so HAHAH. I might be wrong, but as of a month or two ago there was no inter-game compatibility for guitars.

I keep hearing people say press "print screen" for when taking a screenshot, but I don't know where it goes... So, I am using Screenhunter if it seems a little off to you, then that's why.
The printscreen key works like a "copy" command. So when you press printscreen, your computer clipboard has a picture of whatever is currently onscreen. You then go into an image editor (Microsoft Paint would be fine) and paste it in. It works just like copying and pasting text.
If you hold Alt and then press printscreen, it will only copy what is in the current window rather than the whole screen. This is very useful for taking screenshots of homebrew games.

Anyways, just a picture of the "uping attribute" system I am making for my game or just for the hell of it really...
I say it is about 70 to 80 percent finished. This is something big for me as I stopped being lazy an actually tried to figure something out.
It's a good start. I recommend you add some text and stuff so that the player knows what he is doing. You can just put the text down as tiles or sprites (I assume that you are using the "fake windows on a map" method).
Game Inspirations?

Music. Whenever I listen to music, I kinda wanna make a game that represent the songs I am listening to.
I like to make music that represents games <3

Sorry for going off topic here, but what the heck is bigot or bigotry? Yes, I am the most clueless person anyone I know has met. >_<
A bigot is someone like a racist or a homophobe or a misogynist who hates entire groups of people because they don't fit into his socio-economic profile. In the case of most forum members here, a bigot would be someone who hates anyone that isn't white, middle class, heterosexual, Christian (or having Christian values like most Americans do) and college-bound/educated.

METAL SLUG
I'm fairly sure this was released onto an arcade platform. The only game I know of where you can turn into a zombie and vomit orange acid on people for points.
Metal Slug is an arcade series. Every Metal Slug game is a port from arcades with one or two exceptions (I think the newest one is console-specific and there was a Metal Slug somewhere that was a remake of 2 or something).
VX Character generator? Wicked!

Ha, sorry about that. The sprite isn't representative at all because it was just me messing around with it. It actually does make very good looking sprites. I wonder if they'll be adding pieces to it in the future. It would be better if there were more options available, such as children, monsters, hats, and other accessories.
What I meant was "I hope that all of the sprites look that nice". Your sprite is kind of random and silly but my point was that all the pieces go together well. There was a tool for RM2k that was very popular that did the same thing -- the problem was that the sprites looked awful.

I'd say that a brawler like Dungeons and Dragons arcade or a score-attack shooter like Time Crisis definitely count.

Time Crisis, D&D, Street Fighter and Simpsons are all far to complicated and involved for the arcade genre.

. . . please define "arcade" in terms not involving "a game that was designed primarily with an arcade experience in mind".
