this game full on captures a real "period correct" gameboy color vibe while creating a unique feel of its own in just a few screens...good on you for keeping an eye on scope and progress management, too. if you ever need someone to bounce those puzzling plot scenes out lmk. definitely following and awaiting a release c:

happened to check my old notifications and I didn't realize I was subscribed to this, but it's incredible...even if any of your screens are mockups, this is the best RM2k3 game I've see in a long while. distinct, gorgeous, intriguing.

I tried to figure out what to say in response to this review but all I can muster under the influence of alcohol is: Thank you. Thank you for acknowledging this work's existence and therefore acknowledging my own existence as well. This makes me want to work on the continuation of Oathguard, my own life's magnum opus; if only I could break away from the false bonds of the corporeal.
