Where are you from? A Possible RMN Meet
Popularity And The State Of This Community

Part of the reason nobody wants to leave feedback is that a very large percentage of RM folks respond to criticism with "STFU".
My own reviews here have drawn a little of that even from people who didn't make the game I'm reviewing. I have thicker skin than most, but if a new user comes along and offers some polite criticism and gets turds flung at him by the game's author and others I don't blame him if he never wants to review another game again.
This. If people want their games played, they need to learn how to accept criticism and opinions. And people need to realize you can't satisfy everyone, no matter what.
Granted, people DO give very un-grounded and biased opinions at times, but you gotta learn to just smile and let them speak their mind, not try and argue with them about your game.

Okay, that's 2 for 2 that have told me the confusion effect was too much. I never had a problem with it playtesting it myself, but I definitely don't want that happening to anyone else.
And I did automatically trigger the boss myself once, was a one time thing but I didn't think much of it... but wouldn't be a big deal to fix!
Thank you much for the comments. Game swap = excellent idea.

Thing is, the whole "chance to fail" aspect just makes the game slow. It doesn't make it difficult at all, it just makes it slow, and very tedious. I could understand a chance to fail Rune Seal or Observe if the enemy you're fighting is a good deal stronger than you, but when I'm trying to Rune Seal the spiders in the forest at level 10, or trying to learn that 'blind' ability from the slimes and never do just because it fails over and over and over again, it's just annoying. I gave up trying to learn brush fire, first aid, stun slam, and others simply because it would take way too long, and her MP would just be completely depleted.
Another thing wrong with Xandra, is that to do anything useful, she HAS to use MP. No exceptions. Focus and observe don't really count here... she can't change or contribute to the course of battle without using MP. It's really frustrating, and MP recovery items aren't exactly cheap.
