Are we still leaving out the flowers? I think ice flowers would be fairly useful in most levels. They don't work on boos, but they work on dry bones and pretty much whatever else we decide they should work on.
I think having a predetermined list of NPCs is a good idea.
Are the levels just going to be whatever spooky-themed crap people can come up with? Is there gonna be a world map? Can I make a spooky kitchen?
Jack is right about the number of levels. We could end up getting 30+ submissions. Half of those might be good. All of mine will be.

Plok has great music. It's a pretty good game. Gets really difficult. I like the Penkinos.

How does one make a level entrance show how many stars and how many are gotten like it always seems to do for yalls.
When you enter the name of the destination level, make sure you put ".lvl" at the end.

...Am I the only one here who liked that level?
Then again, it's probably just because of the awesome SMB2 music remix...
Aside from the clown car section, it's a good level. Actually, the clown car part isn't even that bad; better than previous clown car levels, but still has any of the same problems.
I didn't enjoy it, though. I do not enjoy playing SMBX levels anymore. I simply approve or disapprove of design choices.
