Things that were difficult 25 years ago aren't such a big deal anymore.
Ever heard the phrase "Nintendo hard?" The NES is known for having games that are impossibly difficult by modern standards.

Otherwise, we're stuck with either a nerfed level or a level that's way too difficult for early on. Thoughts?
I think Kentona's castle is actually tougher than mine. I can't get through it without taking a few hits.

So why not lower the number of stars needed to get to the final level? Or is it supposed to be a super challenge available only to the most dedicated/insane players?

I couldn't beat Spinning Hazard without the Lakitu Shoe. I'm all for taking it out.
I'm also in favor of the changes to the first Hali fight. Seriously, if you do each character's side area and then fight the bosses, that second half of the level is way too long, and it's not too hard to die and have to start all over.
That said, I think we should really start thinking about what we're going to do with Super RMN World. That's our best chance to redeem this series. And it's going to require a lot more teamwork and compromises to make it a better game.

The pipe in the Warehouse that leads to Bowser's Sauna enters from the wrong direction. Might want to check the others too.
