Yeah! Subscriber =D. Thanks for that. At least lastly I'm doing "periodic" updates (images at least). I'll try to mantain it like that.

I'll try to make some "update log" or something too, that blog has no entries since 2011 haha (that's more than 2 months!).

Nice background, and nice cactuar! And everything else too. Even the status screen, resembling the FFVII status window (with that strange way of putting the command window between the HP and names, it has always intrigued me haha).

I've considered the small sprite. But dunno, since there are stuff that work along with the sprite changing like running and blinking (that's easy to fix though, with one more conditional).
And the greeny mountain, yeah... it's strange. I tried to make them stand out a little (they were too unnoticeable with the same colour), but now they are just strange. I'll better leave the green one to be used at grass but will make another version to be used along with the mountains... so there's an update to come haha!

Yeah. The "train" is supposed to be there, to prevent backtracking being more tedious. The first time you pass from Fierro to Aleko, the "train" is conveniently "out of service". But after doing the walkin' it works! (how cheap! ahahaha!).
Just in case that the player would need to get fast there...

Well... those were some rocks, but the pit idea seems much better lol... (it needed some lights to be properly rocks... how I hate when I forget something!).

First Fix

The problems I have with my own project are certain incompatibilities with Cherry's partches, so I'm not surprised. But the only thing that I would like is the possibility to use the RM2k9Ultimate capabilities.
For example, when I try to use a picture from a subfolder, I get an error (it seems to not be able to find stuff at subfolders, unlike vanilla RPG_RT). I think it's something with the way it handles files...
Also, I got some random problems with battle animations. Any battle animation I try to reproduce, I get a "The Instruction at 0x referenced memory at 0x The memory could not be read" (I get it in Spanish, but that doesn't matters).

But aside from those problems, everything else makes me to droll :F. I'm awaiting for the next release.

Yeah, you can be right. There are not enough windows haha. Or maybe it's just that the all the houses seem too plain. I'll see what I can do, I need to get some more details here and there anyway >_>. And make some decisions about the inclusion of some small animals. As the plot and back-story has some "evolution" and "nature being hostile" stuff...

*And as a sidenote, depending on the monster and hero direction, the encounter can be "Preemptive", "Back Attack", "Pincer" or "Surround". If you catch the enemy from behind or side, you get surround or preemptive. If you are caught by him from behind or side, you get pincer or back.
*Also, when you escape, ALL monsters on the map get paralyzed by three seconds. I could make it to only freeze the one from who you escaped, but it's easier for me to do it like this, and if you escape it's because you don't want to fight. I'll not force "you" to.
