Yes, it adds 15% damage per circle (so up to 45%) to any damage dealing spell.
And when it's full, it allows using a summon skill (if your character has learned it).

If you do another KS, I'd back it. Or maybe a Patreon would work better for this project. I've always felt that KS is usually more useful as an advertising stunt (? as in, get your fans together and etc) than for actually funding your projects.

One of these days *we* (an unspecified group of people) were commenting about the need of more games inspired in Breath of Fire (or BoF7, wouldn't object to that idea either).
