Most Memorable Gaming Moments
I started playing RPGs when I was 13 or so ( around 2001. Yeah, I'm pretty late to the genre, considering some have been playing these sort of games since 8/9-ish ). I was introduced to them through the wonders of emulation, and mine was the Genesis. Phantasy Star IV was one of my first loves ( still is, to this day ) and I recall THAT ONE scene. When I saw it for the first time, and watched the whole lengthy cutscene, I had to switch off the game and cry myself to sleep...
Shining Force II brings back a lot of memories as well. I don't think I will ever forget the part where the main hero and his companions were shrunk down to fight chessmen. Boy, did I struggle with that chapter. And my best Fire Emblem memory was during Blazing Sword ( just Fire Emblem/FE7 in the US ) was when I finished the prologue and getting all weepy because I was thinking to myself, "No. The game can't end now. It was too short!" Boy was I wrong. That game took me 24 hours to clear. For a handheld game, pretty long.

Brain Overdrive
For me, it's easier to see characters grow in power if I use low numbers as well. Anyhoo, I have to make a gam in a week, so expect no new updates until the 17th of Feb, at least. XD
An RM Venture
That final boss sure does make things hard... Hmm... Going from a simple hero to taking on EVILKING in an hour. XD I suppose that's where the creativity kicks in.

Rewriting some parts of Lady of the Lion to keep its pacing that it sets from the beginning of the game, implementing some new game mechanics and working on more maps/dungeons. Oh, and including relevant tutorials for puzzles as well. And kicked out the party swapping aspect for now.
Tristian: Lady of the Lion Review
Star ratings don't bother me, tbh. Even though it will affect the game's average in the future, I still have a lot to work on and I know most people tend to lean towards games with 4 stars or more, not that I blame them. Psychological, I guess. They'd assume a 4+ star game is good, even if was written by a rampant fanboy/fangirl of the game ( ahem: Desperate Love Feast's 5 star rating , lol ) or by a person that has played very few RM games.
Addit here as played a ton of games. Iirc, Lotl is his 22nd review. =) And regarding the lack of mini-games and such, I'm really not good at implementing them at all. :(
That's one of my weaknesses, doing game mechanics outside of the usual RPG-standard fare.

Tristian: Lady of the Lion Review
Wow, thanks for the review, Addit. I'll be sure to take this feedback into consideration when doing another release. So many valuable points mentioned there. Yeah, this was exactly the kind of feedback I've been hoping for for so long, so thanks a ton. =)
EDIT: Just had the strangest idea. Because this game is episodic, I can rather focus on Tristian and co. for Episode 1, Darcy for Episode 2 and (spoiler) for Episode 3. That way, I won't have to deal with the painful party changing and *gasp* 'all my items are gone!' XD
Yeah, that's a much better route.
