Lawrence of Aragorn

Maybe I will add optional stuff to the game for future released. Making short games is kinda fun. But the restrictions for this particular entry meant that my creative output was a bit limited. XD *generic evil stuff*

Lawrence of Aragorn

I'm suprised that the Venture Entries have subscribers as well. XD Given that it's a once off thing.

Lawrence of Aragorn Review

I hope you'll find my next game, Tristian, even better than Enelysion. I have learned a lot between the three years of developing VX games. =)

Lawrence of Aragorn Review

Hey, my first 4-star review! :D

Thank you for the review, CashmereCat. Yeah, the game was made in a week so I didn't really invest a lot of time into the characters and such. ^^ And bugs, yeah. Maybe I'll try to streamline the game more and release a more polished version in the future.

An RM Venture

Wow, over 500 MS up for grabs to the entries that manage to get every single badge plus the new ones. 0_o Even an average entry will probably get at leas 75 MS.

Lawrence of Aragorn

This crappy gam already has 100 DLs...?

What makes you want to play one game over another?

- If it's a well-known dev, then sure, I'll check the game out.
- I tend to place priority on story and characterisation too. However, if the game is by a well-known dev but the story doesn't grab my attention, I'll let it slide, no matter how pretty it is.
- Pretty CSS helps too, but the layout should be pretty easy on the eyes without too much text.
- Decent mapping/visual skills helps out a lot too.

I'm not too well-versed with battles and interesting mechanics though, so that isn't a big priority for me.

Back to business

Have to keep my creative engine in high gear. ^^ And having a blast while doing it. I'm about to ( try ) an event a battle morale mini-game.

New_Title_Screen.PNG

Nah, I turn off all those extra effects. The only thing that moves are the white sparkles. I didn't want an overly fancy title screen, so the FF-ish solution was the first one that came to my mind for simple but elegant.

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!

Worked on a new title screen. I preferred something a little more simple for my episodic game.

And scenes and stuff.
