No, I'm working on it again. =) Once mid-December hits, I'll be like a machine with updates, because it's ( finally ) my holiday break. So 18 working days to go. ^^

Nah, this Cover ability negates damage of both physical and magical damage for two to three turns for all allies, at a cost of half of Tristian's HP. It's not like Cecil's Cover ability. It's an ability I tend to use for harder hitting foes.
Every battle is evented so Tristy will shield Ianna only when the latter hits 50% or less of her MaxHP in any case. =)

Then again, working on such a silly project may make me realise how much I actually miss working on my big, serious ( though ambitious ) projects. Maybe when my trial of MV expires on the 26th of this month, I'll return to Tristian with renewed vigour ( I think I'm just better at writing serious dialogue, tbh ).

Exactly. I needed to take a bit of a break from my serious stuff, and MV's sprite style and battlers were so ridiculously cute but silly at the same time, I decided to do something stupid for once. I tend to avoid humour since it's so subjective at times. And I can't for the life of me make a serious game with MV's default assets.
I fully expect a low score if you do get around to reviewing it. But hey, MS is MS. ^^

I missed the deadline ( doing those mapping commissions ate up my time, I guess ) but I'll have a completed game by the end of November, at least. But only because my trial expires on the 26th.
