I'm working on whatever I'm working on, and I love RPG Maker games that aren't traditional RPGs. Puzzlers, interactive stories, but nothing too abstract that'll weird me out. Just give me a polished gem and I'll stare at it for days, marveling at the way the light reflects just right, inner inflections, potato top pie.

Thank you so much Luchi for this tutorial. I don't like the forest leaves overlay in a lot of your maps (I think it adds unnecessary clutter), but the tints and lighting effects you use are beautiful. Thanks for helping me out with my mapping too. You're cool for doing this.

@rhb84 I could only find precious little info about Retsu Arashi: Psychic Storm. Do you happen to know the engine/developer/year it was made? If you do, then that would be fantastic.

@KadyCandy Holy crap. Terry Cavanagh says this about Standstill girl: "Everyone play this, it’s really really good". Terry Cavanagh made fantastic indie games such as VVVVVV, Don't Look Back, and Super Hexagon. He's like a gaming legend, and if he says it's good then it must be good. I think I better check that out.
