ULTIMA FANTASY MAFIA - GAME ON! [POSTGAME]

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

FWIW, Tangled didn't even bother carefully crafting his posts when he was a double agent in Pianotm's spy vs. spy game and was supposed to be anonymous while using a pseudonym in both chat rooms. If that wasn't a motivation to be careful, I can't really imagine that his motivation for suddenly writing correctly now is mafia-related.
My motivation is simple, I want to set up better habits for this so the Spy vs Mafia thing(Where I outed myself with subconscious random capitalization) doesn't happen again. I also want to be taken more seriously, so I'm crafting my posts as carefully as I analyze people, I'm already starting to not quirks in people's play-styles that could expose them as scum... But since I don't want to cause chaos(And because there is very little evidence ATM) I'm currently keeping my half-baked theories under the Tinfoil hat.
BTW Blob, Can we have a Current vote tally, and Hour count?

Ooooh, well, I'm curious, I mean it's day 1, nobody has anything, can we hear? I have no idea ATM except Cap-H's suspicious Role claimyness!
There will be no tears in the end
By the way, IF's posts have been sort of weird as well, though, this could be their
normal play style. I don't think it was, though, but my memory is pretty faulty, so I could be wrong.

Do you think someone's actually suspicious, TungerManU, or do you have some other criteria for blind lynching?
Kloe, please, don't lynch me. I may seem to be a strong person, but i'm just as weak as anyone else. I got heart.
IF probably wants to end. I will be merciful and hopefully just.

That's true, but couldn't he have learnt from his mistake?
Also can we take a moment to appreciate the stupid amount of work pay_wombats put into writing a simulation, OO-style, in Java, with comments? Damn, son, you went HARD

I think he has, isn't that what this post means?

So, we can learn from it?
That's pretty nice of him.
I think you screwed up, LockeZ.
To start, odd is almost definitely innocent. He's wondering aloud who the town roles are. It's the exact same mistake IF made last game, and I pointed it out then too. And he was innocent. So unless oddrabbit exhaustively read last game and then decided to give himself some sort of backwards cover, you can exonerate odd. Hell, you even acknowledge he's playing exactly as usual.
Next off, I'm not arguing in favor of no-lynch, and there isn't even a no-lynch in this game anyway. I'm arguing consensus-voting an unhelpful town out is counterproductive. We can't do anything by consensus because there are at least two other traitors that will be throwing smoke and directing attention to some other, different random. The only people who benefit from daykilling a 99% innocent like odd are the mafia. Half the game is exonerating people. Killing off known (unhelpful) town is only something I've seen argued for by two people: you in the spy v spy game (you were scum) and piano in the last game (piano was scum). If you're not scum, please rethink your strategy.
I think it's a >50% shot you /are/ scum though. Voting against odd straight off (soft target) isn't great, but I think it's more telling you switched for me immediately after arguing why you normally do the opposite. The only reason I can think of for this is that either 1) YM's accusation of Tangled is correct or 2) one of your allies also has a vote on them and possibly some heat, so you jumped to an arbitrary person with a vote against them. It's the opposite of your stated behavior. I'd say it feels like a coward's vote but that got me nowhere against Gourd last game so w/e. Not to mention you're trying get Tangled to explicitly confirm to you that he has no role, which is always useful for mafia to know, and 100% pointless for us to know because he's nowhere close to being lynched.
Anyway, I'm open to canceling my vote if someone more likely shows up or if you can somehow explain those couple of points above, but I think you shot yourself in the foot. I guess it's too late to pseudo-vote so #lynch LockeZ
@YM thanks, although some of the specialists are a bit hacky. Game-relevant though, I don't think the caps argument is all that great, scum-Tangled would be trying to replicate his "normal" speaking voice. The only reason I'm suspicious of him now is because of the timing of LockeZ's vote, but LockeZ bailed him out so obviously that that logic is pretty dubious
@Cap_H dunno what you're playing at with the runes, it just makes me think "I will never be able to get a good read on this person because they are all over the place"
@Kloe ^that doesn't mean I think we should dogpile them though
@IF I also don't know what you're doing either, it's very different from last time, for better or for worse. I'm thinking worse. Any suspects on your end?

Killing off unhelpful town really does benefit mafia more than anyone else.
In that regard I kind of agree with lynching LockeZ here, but I might hold off my vote as right now I seriously don't know what to think of Cap_H right now. Can they, or someone else explain?

I usually always seem busy when a mafia starts. But I'll be more active soon! Day 1 is always the shot in the dark anyways so I'm just catching up when I can
No real suspects at the moment, but I'm always afraid of the good players lol

@ratty While Cap_H is inscrutable as hell, and that's usually a good enough reason for me, they also suspect the "right" people and I'd prefer to err on the side of caution for some other reasons. Like I could possibly vote against them, but LockeZ harassing Tangled about his lack of a role really bothers me, especially as he switches to defending Tangled only after confirming he's nobody mafia would especially want dead. Unless that's cleared up I'm not moving.

fos = figuring out serial killer
which is a big deal this game because you could NEVER get it
also this, Cap_H is more just poking fun at CAVEDOG because he was the SK last game
