Set in the magical world of Eos, a shadow is forming in the east across the demilitarized zone, which separates two powerful nations, the Chaos Imperium in the east and the Holy Empire of Ankhanesia in the west.

They have been in a state of religious cold war for over half a century. The Chaos Supremacists, led by the Imperious-God-Emperor, Xanaphos the Invincible, has been amassing an army the likes of which the world has never seen before. An army bred for one purpose – the total domination of the western-lands, and the destruction of all ideologies that do not conform to its ideals.

Meanwhile in the west, the Ankhanesian Empire is fractured. A civil war has gripped the nation, and the Holy Emperor, Cyrus I, is in a coma due to the trauma of the assassination of his wife and five children.
Their deaths are a total mystery because no bodies have been found.

The story of the game begins, 14 years later, when the fragile peace between the two nations and their allies, is suddenly destroyed.

The Northern Hemisphere of Eos and the Prismoni Union:
The north pole is located at the centre of the map. The equator is around the edge.
The shape of the supercontinent bears some resemblance to a phoenix.

No random encounters. Enemies can be seen and have line of sight and their own behaviours. They have elemental strengths and weaknesses so a good strategy will save your life.

Random item placement and drops. Each playthrough will always be different.

All playable characters and bosses have voiceover.

No level grinding required. All enemies level up with the player. New allies will join the party at a similar level to the player. Certain gear will give the player an advantage.

The number of times you can use a skill is limited until you replenish it by resting or using potions. So that you can't spam the same strong attacks.
Use them wisely.

Day and night system with on-screen clock, seasons, and a dynamic lighting system.

Plenty of puzzles inspired by the game, Chip’s Challenge, a Windows 98 game to rack your brains.

Input chain commands during battles to create combo attacks to inflict more damage.

10-15 hours of non-stop adventuring.

What's new?
- A new journal log in the menu to keep track of quests.
- Optional side quests to expand the lore of Eos.
- Anya's backstory and mission that brings closure to her character.
- Secret places and new areas to visit on the world map.
- More weapons, armours and items including powerful "dark weapons".
- More class skills, weaponskills and special skills.
- Added a variety of fun and challenging minigames and puzzles.
- New characters to interact with, and bosses to defeat.
- Updated the gallery to include more information.
- More in-battle voices and music.
- Unlockable TP modes throughout the game.
- An epilogue pre/post-credits.

I would not recommend using an old save file from a previous version.
Although, the main story should still work but the balancing will be off, and you'll miss out on the new features that 3.01 has to offer.

What's next?
This is a major update so please let me know if you find any bugs/glitches.
The sequel to this game will get a little update in the future so that the continuity, graphics etc, is more consistant with this one.

Thanks in advance for playing. Hope you will like the update.

Holy shit this actually looks great and this is coming from someone who hates the mv rtp
Seems like you're using a lot of Moghunter scripts. Just as Frogge, I don't like the MV RTP at all, but hell... this looks awesome. I'll give it a try.

Edit: How did you make the game that large? It's more than 900 MB.
What... who the hell do you make a real working clock? Please say it to me... I work three years whith the RPG Maker MV now... but I cant make an working clock... what do I make wrong... xP

Anyway, this Game looks pretty awesome. Sorry about my bad english, haha...

It has a lot of music and parallax maps. Every region has its own music. Every character has their own theme. There are 3 standard battle themes and several boss themes. Characters have their own voice etc.
Man this looks good, well done (+1 SUB)
I decided to give the demo a try. :)
I only played until the cave part but I really really like what you have done with the game so far.
The maps look just gorgeous! Inside and outside. It's a pleasure to explore. I really love the look of the game, from the rooms, characters to the towns outside, to the map.. it looks really nice!
The story sounds interesting too, the prologue was good and I'm curious to see what you have planned for our protagonist.
I didn't get to play around with the skill system but the "tutorial" about the skills in the river house left me really interested in it too.
The battle system.. ahhh. Honestly I found the battles a little hard. Considering you can't save unless you find a save point, I mean. The first part was a bit of a nightmare to me until I figure out the best way to go about my escape. lol
The journey in the cave is going a bit better though. XD
Overall, this is looking like a promising game. Keep up with the good work!

I'll go back to hunting bats (while wanting to run from those nasty slimes) now! :O LOL

Thanks for playing my game. Glad you liked it. I know the game isn't as polished as I wanted it to be. The battles may be too hard or too easy. If I've got time, I might go back and rebalance the game a bit more.
Here are some pointers for anyone else who may find it hard at the start:
Remember to equip the dagger before you leave your house.
Do not approach any soldiers/armies on the world map.
You do not need to fight everyone in Gailport. It is possible to avoid all the soldiers before meeting the old man.
Search bookcases, cupboards, chests etc, for potions and random items.
Slimes are weak to fire.

You do not fight her, and that's only one third into the game.
I'm playing this now. I'm pretty impressed. I have some issues, have found some mapping/collision issues (I've walked into the wall a few times), I find the balancing a bit... off at some points, but overall, not bad. +1 Sub

Edit: Ok so I got to the boss fight with Karys. So... The mosnters are starting to chunk. I got lost, like, bad. The path over the water in the southern area is VERY hard to see. The orcs are far too strong, the boss literally two shotted Karys... There's some extreme balancing issues. Also, why is there a rapier skill for Risa when she doesn't even have access TO rapiers at this point? I've found a bow and an axe which she can't use. She's level 13ish for me now and no new skills. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here, but... Also the armor is WAY too expensive for how little cash is available. 12K? Are you kidding?

You've got a great concept but this is just, ahhh... unfinished. I'll give it more of a shot once it's balanced further. I'm no noob at JRPGs, but this just is stacked against the player.
Sorry to hear you are having trouble but thanks for the feedback.
Are you using Pryokinesis on the orcs? They are weak to fire but strong against physical attacks. Trust me, they won't stand a chance against fire.
Bows and axes aren't meant for Risa but for other characters in the story. I will consider unlocking them to give the player more flexibility and choice.
She gets access to rapiers later and be able to use rapier skills.
I didn't want to throw everything at the player all at once.
Those armors sold in the shop are high end gear which you don't need at this point.
The focus of the first chapter of the story is to survive and not fight everyone, and scavenge for gear.
I will move the tree that is covering the bridge crossing so it's more obvious.

Unlike other characters in the party, Risa can only learn skills from defeating bosses.

Perhaps this video will help you. I just made a playthrough of the part you're having trouble with. As you can see, fire attacks should be taking off half or more off the orc's hp and destroying the wolves. Let me know if this doesn't happen in your game.

Oh! try uploading this as a flash game too in Newgrounds. I've seen a lot of flash games uploaded there using RPGmaker.

I will have a look at it. But will a 500mb game work as a browser game?
