[Poll] Battle of Final Fantasy leading men, FF7 & FF8!

Oh yeah, lol, I remember that part after Irvine gets his shot blocked then Squall jumps down all by himself, Gunblade in hand, and then tries to do a full frontal assault on the sorceress in the middle of the parade with all those people watching in the stands in order to take her out. Pfft...what a goof. And he still ends up failing the entire mission in the end, LMAO!
Pocket Mirror Classic (2016)
Speaking of those said reviews, I still plan on eventually going back sometime in the future and give Pocket Mirror another chance and see if the full version has improved a lot more significantly since the last time I played it and reviewed it when it was just a demo back then. I would imagine, judging by the more recent reviews for it lately, that it’s a much better game than it once was before.
At Last Alone: Risen
Eh? A prequel to the original At Last Alone game!? When did this happen??? :O
I remember playing and reviewing the original one a few years back - and remember quite enjoying it - so it’s a bit of a nice surprise to see another entry in the series just pop out of the blue like this. Although I’m not the biggest fan in the world when it comes to tactical RPG’s, with really the only ones that I really, really like being the original Sega Genesis Shining Force games, I wouldn’t mind giving this a play and review sometime in the future. So in the meantime I’ll be giving this is a subscribe for now. ^^
BTW, djbeardo – how did you end up doing in the IGMC event, anyway? Did the judges get around to playing your entry as of yet? I haven’t been following much of what’s been going on over there and all, so I’m curious to know.

Come on… We all know what the outcome of this battle will eventually lead to. It’s what the fangirls want:
(Lol.) But, realistically, though...both of them are pretty capable fighters in my opinion, but my money's ultimately on Cloud. I mean…dude can take a sixteen-inch sword to the chest and STILL manage to survive that and fling his opponent up against the wall with that VERY SAME SWORD! Plus, he must have some amazing upper body strength to boot, because that Buster Sword of his must be heavy as f**k to even get it off the ground, and he can wield it like it weighed freakin' nothing. Not to mention that Cloud can jump around like he’s the freakin' Hulk whenever he wants too.

You know it’s a bad month when I’M one of the top posters for the month. (I mean...come on guys, really???)
I’m happy though that I finally managed to get into the 6k makerscore mark for my last review submitted (finally!), but it’s a bit on a sad note now because I've finally passed Luchino in the overall makerscore standings and it just reminds me of the good times when she used to be on here regularly back then. *sigh*

So…next up on the list is…rcholbert...and then after that it’s GreatRedSpirit and MakioKuta that I gotta now leapfrog over...

Rezident Evil: It Is Escape Review
Hey, I’ll continue to still use 2k3 until either no PC left on Earth can run it or whenever I finally realize that it’s time to not be an old dinosaur anymore and join the rest of the human race.
But, yeah, if you continue to still enjoy using 2k3, like I do, and you wanna make your next game on it again - I see no complaints.
And thanks for taking the time out to fix some of the game’s issues that were mentioned in the review. I would imagine that after finishing something like that you probably just wanna go like “Pfft…f**k that” and just call it a day, but, no, props to you for going back and trying to improve this fever dream. Good man.

That’s why when Frogge manages to get this finished it will be years and years since the last person used Time Fantasy graphics in their game that it will make an epic comeback and it will feel like it’s all brand, spanking new again. It’s a perfect marketing strategy.

Hero's Realm: Heroic Edition
Well...at least you’re trying. 12 minute spurts are a hell of a lot better than just doing nothing at all, so…yeah!
Actually, to be frank, I think with everything that’s currently going on in your life thus far, in regards to your kids, your family, your job, and everything else that’s in between, I actually give you considerable props to even undertake something like this at all with whatever free time you have left these days as a dad. So whatever progress you can do on this, I’m happy regardless.
But, seriously, you gotta get your kids on board with this and help you out on it someday. You can always try to convince them to do it for something - anything - like free pizza, or what not. Come on, you literally have free labor just sitting right there, waiting to be overused and exploited! Just all it takes now is a little bit of "persuasion" on your part, and you're as good as gold.

My dad was initially voting for Cleveland to win before the start of the playoffs, lol, so at least I ended up beating him, if that’s any small consolation.
I’m not that good when it comes to picking a championship winning team in any sport. The last time I ever was successful in doing so before the start of the playoffs was the New Orleans Saints when they pulled off the improbable and won the Superbowl that one year. Since then, it’s been nothing but disappointment.
I still remember that one year when I picked Australia to win the Men's FIFA World Cup a few years back, lol. Ah, good times...
