I'm a hobbyist game maker. I like making games as both a hobby and a challenge. I'm currently trying to make a game using the Linear Motion Battle System similar to Tales of Eternia. If you are interested, check out my youtube of the progress! Located here:

I also dabble in programing software and I've made some nifty utilities but my best one so far is a Save Editor for Final Fantasy XII. Get it here:

Rm2k3- Keyinput problem
it's not the maker. It's the rpg_rt.exe. Make a NEW project with a 1.08 version of rpgmaker, then open the new project and copy the RPG_RT.exe file and paste it in your project, overwriting your own.
Chances are, you made your project with an old (1.05) maker and THEN switched to 1.08. You have to manually update the exe like I said.
@p3k10: it's illegal to post links to rpg maker downloads on the forum. WIP won't be pleased.

Balancing The Money
Do what? That's a pretty good solution. I did that myself. I followed Legend of Legaia's money drop ratios. which I think is just the right consistency and suits my game very well. Just play your favorite game, pay attention to the first hour or so of battles, note down the numbers. Work from there, add your own flair to it a little bit, and voila.
Then I followed Legaia 2's item drops for a while, because I liked how each encounter dropped like, 6 or 7 items and incorporated that into my game as well. (Infact, my entire material system is inspired from Legaia 2)
Even better, just get a FAQ of your fave game instead and then you can skip the "spend an hour researching" part since most FAQ's have a "encounter" or "drop" section.
I have no idea why you need to write that BS to me. I wasn't spamming. I just don't have time to make detailed posts like this, so I shortcut post.

Is it possible to equip two accessories in RM2K3?
Unfortunately no. Even if you put one as a helmet and another as an accessory, you'd need to have 2 copies of all your "accessories", (if you had 40, you'd need 80. 40 that fit in the accessory slot and 40 more of the same thing that fit in the helmet slot, but you probably know this already.) And then you'd need to manage how you distribute them since the "helmet" accessories would only fit in the helmet slot etc etc.
In short, it'd get messy, but you could still pull it off.

Balancing The Money
Best solution:
1) Play your favorite game.
2) Monitor said games exp/money/item drop ratios
3) Tweak your own game accordingly (use your own flair of course)
4) ????
5) Profit!

Ok. I'll help you by telling you this first. No one here is going to draw tilesets for you. You don't have any credibility. You don't have any experience, and you don't have any previous games to show that you have the commitment to pull this off. To get someone to help you you have to show your current work. And then people will judge if they want to help you based on what you show.
And the reason for my first comment is because you type like a first grader. There are supposed to SPACES after every comma.

Weapon level ups
It's actually really easy, (no funky coding required!) but someone with more time can help the guy out.
