BD_DESIGN'S PROFILE

Just another ex-gaming industry hopeful, going to school and learning as much as I can. I don't think making a game will directly affect my chances of getting a job, but it will teach me the process as well as organization, something I sorely lack. I'm no longer working for Zynga, which is too bad.

What else? I like Japanese food and cinema (but I'm not an otaku), CRPGs (of course), electronic music (90's Industrial FTW), Belgian ales, meat cooked over fire, 420, CGI, 3D animation, cats, SNES, subversive or black comedy, dystopian sci-fi, and any epic fantasy brave enough to step out of the Tolkien shadow.

My dislikes include all forms of bigotry, country music, fast food, factory farms, multinational corporations, warfare, social networking, romantic comedies (in general), and politics.

I've never been drunk, and have now idea how to emulate a drunk guy's thoughts.

Time for research!

The right side of the station is lit, but the sunlight seems to come from the left. Might want to flip the station graphic.

Shortly before the sun rises the view outside is very blue. You just have to go out there at the right time.

This. The blue hour happens during twilight, which occurs before sunrise and after sunset. I was just saying for the sake of simplicity, the blue hour could be used in the morning, and the golden hour for the afternoon.

I don't think the sun is blue during dawn. I think it's the same color as dusk.

Pretty sure the only time I've ever seen a blue tint outside is underwater, or during an alien invasion.

The sun isn't blue, but the light filtering through the atmosphere is. I don't even think he's showing the sun.

If you're still looking for tint, you'll want each phase to be distinct and identifiable. Day would be white light (default), dusk would be red (tone it down; most of the red appears close to the sun), night would be deep blue, and dawn could be a lighter blue, fading back to white.
