Nothing seems to make sense in this map. Is the house without a door by the river supposed to be a small tunnel? The differences in the doors, mainly their heights, are what concern me most about them. Do people in this town come in three distinct heights, because no one in this screenshot would fit in the doorway of the arch-roofed building. The stairs to said house aren't really going anywhere, as there is no raise in elevation from the ground to the beginning of the house. I'm not sure how they were used in their origin, but the planters outside of the buildings seem to be set up against the walls instead of flat against the ground. The southwestern chicken seems to be standing on the wall...

Overall, the different styles are painfully inconsistent.

Duly noted. As of right now, there's no real ideas for the area, though changes will be made as well as a possible addition to the southern coast of the continent.

impressive game with minor bugs.

If you don't mind me asking, where can said bugs be found so that I can fix them?

Listen here you! This takes a while!

Coming from someone who's been able to crank out as many games as he has in such a short amount of time.

Alex's Scar

A game so epic, it needed 2 p's to describe it.

Alex's Scar

When I hear about a car crash in the forest, followed by a few teens trying to find their way out of a dark creature infested nightmare, I think Longing Ribbon. Then again, that game wasn't that great anyway.

[RM2K3] Section of area detection event interfering with other section.

I think I just came up with a possible solution. For those that know that this won't work, please tell me, but I was thinking about turning on a switch that is only used by one area instead of by the entire region, and that if you leave that one area it turns it off.

So let's say the desert has 4 areas (it does), I would have 4 switches that don't try to turn the others off because the player isn't in one of their current areas but is only affected if the player is outside that one area. This wouldn't explain why the frozen part of the raised continent stopped working, but I'm going to look into this because I believe that there is some sort of solution to this problem since I was able to get at least part of it to work yesterday.

EDIT: IT WORKS! All that anger and headache I dealt with yesterday was not in vain. Now I can cut out roughly 1300 events from the world map which will make it easier to work with, open, and play by those who still work off of outdated computers that tend to lag.
