I'm the same way, only it's the middle of the summer, and any hair on my head tends to cause unnecessary discomfort.

A Home Far Away

I've tried to play this game... twice... and I just can't make it past the first area. I got the flower and teddy bear that I need for the party, but it says for me to return home. I go back to what I believe is my house, but no one there says anything significant. Last time I played the game, I didn't even make it this far before giving in because the early fetch quests caused me to lose interest quickly.

It's a shame because I believe that this is probably one of those games that everyone needs to play and finish for that hidden gem aspect and the feeling of joy obtained from doing so.

Make a Worldmap Item in RM2k/3

This is interesting. I should look into this.

Final Tear 1

Frankly, if cut-scenes are built around the slow walking speed, me going in and changing it might prove problematic. This even more so if the movement is changed for specific scenes.

Kolteka

I thoroughly enjoyed this demo, though the cut-scenes seemed fairly short.

How to use switches

I feel that this tutorial explains more than enough to get a player started on their way, and that if more needs to be said, that they can look into it by themselves.
But if you support tutorials only having the absolute minimum amount of information, where are they going to go for that extra information? Wouldn't that source of information make this one completely obsolete?

I don't get why you guys think having things well-explained is a bad thing.

What more needs to be explained? An event happens, you turn on a switch, and on a second page you leave it blank while only being activated by said switch being on. That's as well explained as this sort of basic logic can be.

How to use switches

This goes into as much detail as my brother did, if not more, when I first asked him how he got boulders to appear on a map after a screen shake back in the early days of my RPG Maker experience. Of course, I was already working on Mystic Quest II (I believe) when the ideal of switches came to mind, seeing as how I was still copy/pasting maps to work around not being able to keep the same dialog from playing.

I feel that this tutorial explains more than enough to get a player started on their way, and that if more needs to be said, that they can look into it by themselves. Whatever happened to using a bit of brain power to solve your own problems? Granted, the more advanced stuff is fine to ask about, but this is just a step above adding facesets to messages and teleport events.

"They took it all??" HAWT.
Now it's your turn... I'd rather not.
I've looked at every screenshot of this game, and on everyone you say it sucks ass without even giving the smallest bit of Advice.

I've claimed even once that this game "sucks ass"? Don't put words in my mouth. Thank you.

Huge Chocobo is HUGE!

With a single "WARK" he could level an entire village.
