Starseed: Blood Machine Review
Even the lowest rated games can be very popular, even if just for a "throwaway" sort of download, where one downloads it to see if it's really as bad as they say. And if so, laugh about it, play a bit, maybe even complete it, then proceed to get rid of it.
To say that the lower the score the less the chance of anyone giving a flip about your work is a bit much.
Though I do feel that lowering a score based solely on the opinion of seeing their better work before is fairly wrong, as even if some game does better in one or more aspects than another, if they're both gems, that shouldn't mean that they couldn't get a fair score for what they are individually.
On a parting note, I've seen this time and time again, but it seems like you never first make the game for you, and rely completely on the opinions of others (most whom you deem wrong) to justify the time spent on your work. Whether it's a month or over 10 years (I'm looking at you, Everlong), it shouldn't matter if you truly enjoy what you've created and realize that it's not the end of the world if no one else gives it the time of day. It's a hobby, even one that you aren't going to be paid for unless in a professional setting, so take it as such.

You don't realize how much this is in bad form?
I am actually very much entertained when people make "Let's Play"s of their games while adding in self-made commentary. I'm looking forward to Part 4 of this one. :D

...? How am I supposed to respond to that? Surely something so childish could (and should) have been kept to yourself.
Eden Legacy: A Knight of Eden Review
That's funny, because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't force myself to finish playing this. The world map is too huge and empty to really give any sort of feeling of exploration, or even knowledge of where to go. Was there even music to the overworld? I can't remember. Some places have events that seem to appear earlier than the storyline would have you run across them. If the boat was fixed at the dock of the second (third?) town, I wouldn't know, considering the maker of this game thought it would be neat to get your boat stuck inland at the dock, allowing you to go nowhere, thereby breaking the game. The dungeons, much like the worldmap, were large, most empty, and consisted of no more than straight-ways. I was told to go to the west to come across the next place for me to go to in an earlier version, but I went west all the way to the coast, and didn't come across it.
Overall, I feel a four and-a-half star is a bit much for this game.

I've looked into it, and there doesn't seem to be any suitable openings aside from using a transparent door opening, which I think looks worse off than leaving it as it is.

If you have any suggestions by using the default chip, I'd be glad to test it.

To be honest, I didn't really like this map during the process of making it, and even shortly after, but perhaps soon it will grow on me like the beginning of the mainland. That area had the same problem the night I started mapping it, but I'm coming to appreciate it more.

Well, first things first, I'd mix up the walls a bit, as I've never encountered a cave that was symmetrical. That, and the placements of obstacles and the sort just seems odd. Maybe it's the location of the switch, or maybe it's the pillars, statues, and torches, but something about it just doesn't seem embraceable.
Though, honestly, I did enjoy your mapping of the dungeons in Carlsev Saga.
