Oh! While it's on my mind, let's add Skydancer to the list of contenders.
Flash is dead. Let's talk about Shockwave/Macromedia Flash games!
I'll miss great games like Decision, Road of the Dead, Earn to Die, Rebuild, Straw Hat Samurai, and Indian Outlaw.
And who can forget Frank's Adventure? Or Simgirls, which took over a decade to properly complete? It might as well have been an RM game.
Ronin : Spirit of the Sword was always a favorite of mine too.
Phooey.

Clean up !
It's a valid concern though.
Searching for games yields lots of dead/inactive projects. The best sifting mechanism we have is in knowing that the second half of a search result is probably all dead, but newcomers don't have that foreknowledge. They're the ones most likely to be frustrated by finding an exciting looking game, only to click a dead download link or find it hasn't been touched since 2012.
What if a new feature was implemented where game pages could be "hidden"? The idea being that if the gamedev or an admin checks a box, the game won't show up in searches anymore. It'll be slightly different from setting your page to private in that an "Include hidden/inactive games" checkbox could be added to the filter options for searching. Basically, it's the "Show Hidden Files/Folders" mechanic in a Windows OS.
Then start hiding pages that are obviously toast. eg. No download links and over 3 years since the last update. If the gamedev returns and wants to reactivate it, they can simply uncheck the box, or better yet, any activity by anybody automatically unchecks it.

[RM2K3] Decreasing attributes
This is bizarre. I just tested exactly what you screencapped, and it worked fine. No Influence points needed.
I'm confused as to what the source of the problem was :|

I think Libs already had a Halloween-themed game in mind.
If not, Moonsong : First Verse is a notable candidate.

[RM2K3] Animated Monsters
If you're using the old 2k3, you can patch it with DynRPG and use the this plugin.

Objection!
I was comparing Strength scores when I noticed something.
What "favors" did Frogge perform to be made into such a raging badass? His guy's better than mine in almost every way. He even has a higher HP growth! Swordsmen are supposed to be fast'n'squishy, not divine ass-kickers.
Kain W and WIP are also all-round better than my guy. How did it end up like this? Where was I supposed to pass off the bribe money? >:(
