*COUGH* link to the new song:

Untitled Techno

Looking for some feedback.

Kinda sounds like it could come out of a Stinkoman game. I think it's a little too cheezy, though.

ika developments topic

I hope you don't mind me asking this, but how easy would you say making a game with ika will be when the whole refinement is done? Will a total programming newbie be able to make a game without a whole lot of hardship?

What is Power Trip?
A terrible game with a terrible CBS that has a terrible story with terrible characters.
power trip has the best intro ever.

Oh man I loved the Frying Bear review of Power Trip so much I used a quote from the section where he makes fun of the intro ("The eternal cycle of perfect world to golf-free society to corporate state and back again occurs in all major mythologies, and I'm shocked Joseph Campbell never once mentioned it," I believe) as a signature on another forum before I replaced with a line from the Beatles You Never Give Me Your Money.

Goals for 2010

Actually make and finish more than one game this year.

Atonement (working title)

I first read the text beneath the title as "A game about the redemption of one man's shirt."

RMN3 Bugs

Recently I tried clicking on one of the random game images on the front page and I got 404'd. It was subtitled "the city of Ashar," or close to that.

Edit: Argh it happened again! With a completely different screenshot this time:

Veggie Tales 3D

Thanks! I finished the game. It's pretty amusing, if also a little annoying.

Veggie Tales 3D

I'm kinda stuck. How do you placate the punks so that you can go to Mopland?

Magus and His Love

"Doff" is actually a standard verb in Inform 7. You can think its creator, Graham Nelson for that one.

Magus and His Love

If you're wondering about the interpreter/z-code thing, it's been a text adventure trope since the Zork days. People still use the interpreter/story file because they found it convenient.
