I enjoy playing and creating games (mostly RPGs) and have a love of story and characterisation above graphics. I've been into RM* since '96 and have used all makers - started on the PSX makers, found and used a patched version of the SNES RM, then moved to RM95. When I found RM2K I finally decided to join some forums and I've been a part of the community ever since.

OH GOD HELP!
Ah. This has happened to me a few times. What you need to realise is that there are a few different versions of VX and none of them are compatible with the others.
Hence - any game made in one version cannot be opened in another.
They can still be played, but not opened for editing.
If this is a game you made on that same version then please disregard the above and I offer my condolences. Good luck. ^.^

Yeah, it is a pretty girly game. I think I was going through a strange phase at the time. ^.^ Was also made during my 'slow the speed down to make them reeeeead' phase.

So far so good. I'm about up to where I was last time, just gotta kill that meanie. ^.^ The dialogue is a lot better in most parts than what it was and not quite as awkward. I really like the general atmosphere of the cave and shrine - but I still think the cave's dark. ^.^
I'll let you know more when I finish.

For some reason DT kinda lags on my computer but that's most likely because it's getting old. The answer to your question is. I like what I've played so far and I'll keep playing more tomorrow after work, despite the lag. ^.^
I'll at least try to play most of the games and leave a bit of feedback here.

DUNGEON CRAWL
RM2K3It's a top-view dungeon crawler with original graphics. 1/13th complete. ^.^
Choose from three classes and brave the depths of the unexplored Helkar ruins. Make friends or enemies with the other explorers and try to gather as much treasure as you can while trying to be the first to reach the mysterious thirteenth floor.

Three chosen heroes and their erstwhile companions must battle across the galaxy against an evil that threatens to destroy all life.
Doyle - A forthright and ever-noble knight.
Lash - A beautiful space-dweller with an unknown power.
Jemry - A secretive yet jolly hunter.
Each of these must fight their way against destiny to overcome the tragic, yet heroic ends they may come to. This is a story about heroes, hard choices and fighting against all odds to overcome the inevitable.

FIRSTLY - The demo ends when you reach the second floor of SPN. You can take a walk around and get hopelessly lost if you want extra content, but that's where it ends.
SECONDLY - The only story available in the demo is Lash. Choosing the others (though you shouldn't be able to, but just in case you decide to cheat) will cause a crash.
THIRDLY - There's a bit of original art thrown in. Feel free to use/laugh/crumple and thrown in a bin as you wish - just give credit if you do use it (Though I'm pretty sure no-one in their right mind ever would) Not all of it has been implemented in-game so check out the picture folder if interested at how lowly my drawing skills are/were.
LASTLY - ENJOY. If you have any questions as to anything just ask or drop me a PM. I check RMN regularly so if I see a message I'll reply.
HINTS
- Things pick up at Space Port Neva. At east give it a chance until then.
- There are no battles but there is a puzzle or two. It's short.
- Focus on looking in all areas, even if it seems unlikely that something may be there - try the common places too. You may gain hints for some things later on.

That aside, it doesn't look too bad, but perhaps some kind of ruined walls in that last screen instead of just missing ones would look better. I like the general saturation, though.

Let me take a look through my collection. ^.^

Clouded Heart - An RTP game with a really good storyline. I played it through twice.
Final Fantasy: Endless Nova - Not bad. It's a FF game only via references.
Frozen World - Pretty good game with a different battle system.
Jay's Journey - For a bit of fun.
Romancing Walker - It's romantic fantasy with humour and some original battle graphics.
Running Water - Pretty long game. I remember it had a lot of characters and side quests.
Sunset over Imdahl - One of the best games I've played to date. Original graphics mixed with CT and great story.
Three the Hard Way - Pretty long with a really good storyline.

War of Two Worlds - Really good and very long.
