I recently picked up a copy of "Left 4 Dead" at my local gamestop, thus being the second game I've bought for the Xbox 360 ever (because I've only lived in the same household with one for a couple of months)

It's a great game. Any fan of zombie-related games should end up liking this. But there's a twist that makes this game unlike any other zombie game I know of...

The zombies move extremely quickly! I.E., they run towards you rather than shamble. When I first started playing...boy did I get nervous when the first massive horde of zombies showed up. Oh yeah, there's that: at some points in the game, instead of encountering 6 or 7 zombies, you find yourself being ambushed by about 50 or 60 within a short moment. Yeah, I know...its f*cking crazy.

The other thing that makes this unlike other zombie games is the fact that you have a shitload of ammo, which can be replenished completely at a safehouse. Also, every character has a regular pistol, which has infinite ammo.

One final deviation from the norm is the fact that this game is made specifically for multiplayer. Of course you can play by yourself, but the computer will control the other three characters (but not like that's a bad thing, it controls them pretty well). Seriously, if this game was exactly the same, but you had to go it alone, you'd die on the first stage...and more than likely you would not be able to beat the first stage...ever.

But "Left 4 Dead" is an all-around good, FPS, zombie game. I you're a fan of FPS and/or zombies, I'm sure you'll find this game to be entertaining.

So, the question was...

Do you like/tolerate nudity in art? Discuss.

As I've said before, I don't mind it; I mean, I shouldn't, since I draw it. What are your thoughts?

Well, there were these two members here on RMN (kef and TFT, who I noticed had no post counts) who decided to tell me how terrible my game seemed, "Megaman X: The Return of Wily" and how much of terrible game designer I was. But the straw that broke the camels back was one of their rantings about my art on DeviantArt. He said "Not drawing naked 17 year olds might help, I dunno. And people wonder why the RM community has been getting worse."

So I sent him a message saying 'fuck you' and such.

Let me explain WHY I draw these types of things. First of all, it's not the ONLY thing I draw, I draw normal pics as well. Second, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT! I draw girls because I find them attractive. I truthfully believe that the female body is a piece of art, an attractive, sexy piece of art. There are many others out there who draw this stuff too, and for those of you who criticize us by calling us perverted or immature are damn stupid. I'm not sure if they believe this because they think drawings/art such as this are demeaning, or pointless, or maybe just drawn so a guy get boner off of it (or more), but for me it's not. I can only speak for myself and I'm saying that I don't draw for those reasons, I draw it because I admire the beauty of women, any heterosexual guy should; and for most, part of that beauty IS there body (of course that's not the only part, but it is still nonetheless a part of it).

I just had to rant about this, it really got under my skin.

So let me ask, does anyone here have a problem with people drawing nude/sexy art?

If you lived in times of war, before guns were invented, and you had to fight in a large scale battle...

What non-ranged weapon would you use (sword, spear, bo staff, etc.)

This doesn't have to be region-specific, pick any bladed or blunt weapon that exists.

As for me, to be completely honest, I would use either a basic Japanese katana or possibly a trident

My friends and I used to acutally have large battles (I don't mean the SCA, just us) and we made padded weaponry to fight with, I was always good with polearms, the trident being my favorite. As for the katana, I'm just good with it. Once, during a battle, I was the leader of one team and all of my teammates had been defeated, with four on the opposing team still able to fight. I held them off for at least thirty minutes...IT WAS EPIC; I eventually lost but I was able to take out two of them before they got me. Ever since then, the katana has been my primary weapon of choice.

I'm having a problem with a glitch that appears in my game "Megaman X: The Return of Wily". If you've played it, you probably know what it is. So this is it.

In battle, if the player goes into their item menu, goes back, and attempts to use X's "Charge" Command, the game glitches and closes itself.

When the "Charge" command is used, it accesses this in-battle event.

<> Play Sound: increase
<> Change Equipment: X Weapon Unequip
<> Change Equipment: X Power Shot Equip
<> Change Condition: X Charge Inflict
<> Call Commont Event: X Used Charge

Let me break it down for you...
First, it plays a sound effect.
Then, it unequips X's weapon, which is "X-Buster"
Next, it equips X with his power shot, so his attack animation will be different.
Then, X is inflicted with the Charge condition, so he will look as if he's charging up a Power Shot.
Finally, the common event changes his battle commands, allowing him to do nothing but fire a Power Shot, use an Item, or Flee.

When it glitches, the message says, "Event referenced and item that does not exist", but I can't quite figure it out. I'm thinking the source is either when it changes X's equipment or when is proceeds to the common event, but I'm not sure.

Is there anyone out there who can help me?
