Ok...wow...
Let's see here.
This game opens with one of the most annoying first impressions I've seen in a game, thanks to being introduced to characters that seem straight out of the 1 dimensional cliche ridden anime stereotype handbook. That made me want to quit the game right then and there. I guess that they're supposed to be endearing, but they came off as nothing but annoying
Then the first battle played out, and I experienced something that I never would have thought I'd ever seen in a game like this, ever. What truly stopped me from continuing.
The environments look all crisp and clean and all, which is cool, but the problem is that there's so much on screen, and the enemies are so small that I literally had to focus just to figure out where they were and what the heck they were, and even when I did finally make them out, they move so fst in battle that I lost track of them quickly, and basically relied on fire hitting everything on the screen to take them out.
Look Ocean, from what I understand, you've created some great works here. I hope to get around to playing them sometime. I aslo realize that this is your first project that you've ever completed, and well...it REALLY shows.
I'm really sorry Ocean, but I have to say that this game's first impression really hit a lot of bad buttons with me. There's no way that I could possibly enjoy this game.
That said, you seem like a really nice person who can welcomes criticism, and I gotta respect you for that, which is a big part of why I'm being so honest here, am also using much less harsh words. I wish you well, and I'm looking forward to playing what else you have made in the future.

I've only watched your 5 part lp for Infected, but I got a lot out of it.
Like I said in your comment section, you are freaking phenomenal with editing, and do anything but waste time.
What's more, You are unbelievably observant and informative, constantly pointing things out that are worth pointing out. Your criticism is also very constructive, and you're anything but cruel when you give it out.
You have perfect diction, and can juggle your thoughts and words in an amazing way. This is a problem that a lot of extremely popular let's players have an issue with, and makes you a complete breath of fresh air!
You also seem to focus on very different and unique types of games that very few on youtube would cover. I don't know how big of a deal this us outside of this site, but as far as youtube goes, it's phenomenal!
In short, you represent everyone that a let's player should be.
Please, I'm begging you. Keep up the great work! There's not enough people like you in this world.

As the person who originally started that walkthrough, I can tell you that the game becomes extremely non-linear at that point, and there is no set path to the end from there. You can either defeat any four of seven different bosses, or defeat a certain one to end the sequence, and the plot goes quite differently depending on which you do.
This thread might help you.
The thread doesn't really help all that much
...
And by that, I mean it gave me exactly what I was looking for, and then some!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I'll probably finish the game by tomorrow night thanks to you!
Edit: Actually, I do have one question if I may. You said 4 of 7? Does that mean that you can only kill up to 4 of the 7? There any specific ones that get what might be considered a better ending perse?

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to ask for advice on how to do something in an rpgmaker title. If it is, please direct me.
Also, yes, I'm well aware of the fact that there is a discussion section for the game on this site, and while I posted this there, I don't see myself getting a response since it hasn't has any activity in over a year.
First of all, let me say that this game is beyond excellent, and I can't thank you enough for making this iishenron. I love pretty much everything about the game, from the way you gain stats and abilities, to the unbelievably fleshed out characters and their development.
That said, I've been well... kinda using a walk through for the game, mainly just so I know where to go next, and how to solve certain puzzles, and without listing spoilers, the walkthrough ends around when the duchess asks you which region you wish to go to via boat travel.
I know that asking someone to finish the walk through is probably far too much, so I ask this.
Is there any possible way that someone can list all the spots that I need to go to, in order to finally complete the game? Bonus points if you can perhaps tell me how to get there from each port. I figure that if I have at least that much information, I should be able to complete the game.
Thank you for your time.

super long mega friendship post
Edit: Ok, you explained this one. Alright, I guess that adds up. Still not sure whether I actually agree with it or not.
The fact that you're actually going to spend money on advertising something aimed at such a niche audience seems kinda pointless. The fact that you're selling this game makes programming this game seem well...not passionless, but it certainly feels like there's less passion put into it, which is a shame because the rpgmaker engine seems more aimed towards people who want to make things purely out of passion.
That said, while I'm not interested in the game personally, I wish you well, and I hope that the game comes out as great as you desire it to be..
---
Ok, here's where I'm skeptical on this.
Please keep in mind, this is a question. It is neither a statement nor an accusation.
Why do you need money to program a game out of RPGMaker? And more importantly, why will it cost you 9 grand?

I gotta say that this is one of the most bland, forgettable fan games I've ever played, if not the most bland games I've played.
There were maybe 1 or 2 times where I actually laughed out loud, and halfway through the experience, I felt that the game truly began to drag 1/3 of the way in.
Sorry, but this was not very enjoyable.
