BLANK: Intensive Development Time!
So, since I've written a demo review all the way back then, I suppose I should review the completed version too, to give it a proper score and such. Should I wait until this update is done?
Red Thread
Subscribed! A murder mystery game sounds good to me; the ones I've played recently on here were well above average. Now that this has genuine non-linearity as well, it easily has the potential to be even better. When is the download going to be available?
We're done! + Gamedev Decisions
Hmm, I could've sworn that the altars with "an item disappears in a flash of light/nothing happens", as well as the nightstand you attempt, and fail, to lift, were NetHack references, no?
The Search for the Harp of Harmony
OK, am I the only one who experiences this now (version 1.2)?
The character is just stuck there and can't do anything.
It's a really charming game, but this one thing prevents me from completing it and giving it a review.

Glow v1
OK, never mind. I got around to playing it, and I have this question to ask: is this supposed to be a final area of the game? Was I supposed to fall in there?

Because absolutely nothing happens there if you do fall. You can't click on the glowing triangles, and you can't seem to advance the game in any other way.

Machines That Bleed - Demo I
The former: the event does not trigger. And I'm not sure why Discord is needed when it works here just as well:
Trying to interact with the body from either of these positions does absolutely nothing.

Machines That Bleed - Demo I
So, I played it and it's pretty cool on the whole, but does the demo just stop when you encounter the dead body in the alley? I can't find any way to interact with it, no matter what angle I approach it from.

What is this? Did the quadratic formula explode? I see a "Strong ba" in there, but it's getting eaten... by some... Linux or something. Wait a minute! Is this one of those virus emails?! Like the kind that moms and offshore casinos send you?!? I'll take care of this!"
Well, this is actually a formula of the refractic index (n) - a thing people use to analyse liquid compounds by seeing how the light (at the "default" 589,3 nm wavelength) refracts when passing through them, and matching the result to known values. It's especially important for pharmacists, because it's the least intrusive method of checking a compound's purity. I thought this was an appropriate in-joke, seeing how it involved both light and bioactive compounds.
Werewolf Review

Thanks; I appreciate you taking the time to do the review! I'm surprised a little game like this got your attention.
All of your points are super helpful and I will definitely bear them in mind when I next get the chance to return to this game. Honestly, I made it in three days as a Christmas present for my cousin, so I'm pretty stoked with the amount of work I got done, and a lot of your points (especially regarding 'questioning' the villagers, them having more interesting stuff to do, etc.) bring up features I was planning to do originally, but cut out due to time constraints.
I do want to point out that none of the game uses RTP, except for the sound effects. The music and graphic sources are listed in the credits.
As I mentioned, this was a quick side project (which I do admit doesn't really do the game of Werewolf/Mafia much justice) while I work on another larger project, so hopefully I'll be able to fix a lot of the issues you brought up when I next work on this.
Well, when I returned to RMN at the start of the year, I decided I needed to start somewhere, so I just opened "New Games" list, and decided to review everything that was unreviewed on the first 2 pages of it, so here we are. And besides, it is an interesting premise, or else the game wouldn't have gotten ~500 downloads, so I felt that this further justified a review.
In all, good to hear that you're on board with the suggestions, and I wish you luck with the updates and your main project!

author=Pancaekauthor=NTC3Something that not a lot of people would be happy paying money for.
Well, about 16,000 apparently did...
Yeah, I know. I admit I immediately found this project strange due to there being so many survival games out there already, 2D and 3D (so need to invoke 60$ AAA games here!) and it hardly stands out relative to those in any (good) way. It's not even the first RPGMaker game to try this: it was preceded by After the End: The Harvest, though that game is less about survival and more about space exploration (i.e. No Man's Sky rmk edition.) Still, I was just drawing attention to how it's commercial already, and so he can't just abandon it now that a decent amount of people have paid for it. He might make it free, I suppose, but if so, it ought to be done only after official release, and probably a few months after that for posterity. Doing it while still in EA will probably just piss off more owners and motivate a lot more negative reviews.
