Good Chiptunes

I'd hate to brag, but I'm doing some chiptune work under the name of Ch1p M45t3r. Check my YT channel (with name mentioned in last sentence), if you like some of these, go ahead and use them. Most of these loops perfectly, though I'd recommend asking me, as I can export into ogg/wav/mp3 so you won't need to record it with Audacity and then cut until it loops.

If you don't like any in particular, but like my style, maybe I could do some commission.

Here's chip I am kinda proud of (really like how it turned out), although it doesn't loop:

Cancelled games may still have working demos that people want to play.

Yes, but it is about games that are cancelled AND have no DL as far as I understand. Also while I agree that game page on its own may not use enough space to warrant removal, screenshots may (if it has particularly large amount of those, 15+).

"Actions" on top of thread list

I'd like "Actions" (new topic, new poll) to be either moved or duplicated on top of thread list. Having to scroll down, just to make new topic is very... inconvenient (I'd use stronger word, but I'm pretty sure cursing isn't allowed there and even if it is, I'm very polite person).

Anyone know good chiptune internet radio?

Anyone know any good internet radio that plays chiptunes (and chiptunes only)? Because all chiptunes net radios I listened to this point either doesn't work or have such short playlist that I basically can predict what will play next.

Should be shoutcast/icecast compatible, so I can play it from Winamp (or qmmp if I'm on Linux), but radios that run only in browser are allowed too (as someone else could listen to them). Please share!

Windows XP users, looks like we just got tossed into the sea.

Some months ago I wouldn't recommend 8, but now since Microcrap is adding Start Menu back (dunno if it already happened or is it scheduled for next update), I can somewhat recommend using it, but only if you use one of new makers (XP onwards). 2k/2k3 doesn't work well on 8 from what I heard (in most cases, some people allegedly got it to work, but even then it didn't work so great).

If you still are using RM2k3/2k, then you need to stick with Windows 7, as it is last known version of Windows that 2k3 works well with.

What category to submit sample map with event code?

Perhaps we should have separate category like "Event scripts" for cases like this? I've seen this on few Polish RM sites and it worked quite well.

Mobile version

1. Text was too small
2. When I zoomed in, login form broken from top bar and started to obscure view, It was something like this (excuse me my poor ascii art):
[Login ]

[Password ]
Forgot password?
Register

Everything from onwards was on top of text of site (wrapped), obscuring text and making it hard to read or even scroll properly.

Also transfer is an issue as well (I'm connecting mostly via wifi, but some guy with LTE connection or something will quickly make his transfer go poof).

So yeah, mobile version, with less images (no avatars, screenshots in game profiles only shown and downloaded if user will click specific link) and simplified login form would be best IMO, although I understand it would require some work.

Is this story too cliche?

Totally agree. Unfortunately there are not many articles on JRPG design (or maybe I don't look hard enough).

New server move [APRIL FOOLS] (refresh your browser)

Can you put up CSS used? I want to do this to my game page.

Mobile version

Please make mobile version of the site. I tried (tried being key word) to browse it from my LG E340, but it was cumbersome and when I zoomed in so I can actually read what is there, login form obscured everything. I'm using mobile Chrome.
