Misao Voting 2018

Most of the games I nominated haven't made it to the voting stage as well. I played quite a whole lot of RM games this year but from what is currently nominated, I've only played three at all and I don't know much about the rest. That said, I voted for these three games because at least I know them and they were fun for me.

Greetings,

Short puzzle game. Pretty easy. I'm also not a big fan of the 'follow the flame' type of puzzle. I liked the choice of music at the end credits after what happened at the end. I regret not recording this one, so sorry

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for giving it a go. Too bad you couldn't record it. I would have liked to watch it.

Castle Warfare

Hm, I'm trying to figure out if I should do any more fine tuning on this game the next year or if I should leave it as it is. I'm very happy with this project, but some ideas wouldn't hurt. So, if possible, leave me some feedback on mapping, graphics, or if I should do some cutscenes to implement a story. Or did you like the game as it is?

I wish y'all a happy new year. :)

I liked the rock pushing and sliding puzzles, and the button stepping puzzles. Those were quite basic, but done pretty well. I didn't like the path memorization ones as much, which seemed like more of just a chore. I actually liked the colored flames idea the most.

Thank you. Glad you liked it. I almost expected the path memorization ones to be less fun. I think I won't add many more of them and focus on other puzzles instead. How long was your playtime?

I assume the "Download Now" button leads to the "Cash Saves The Day Edition".

In my case, the "Download Now" button leads to ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

How often have you been in the cinema this year? What movie did you last see? Do you also use movies as inspiration for your own games?

I've seen quite a lot of movies this year. Don’t know if I can still list them all so I'll list those I can still think of and give them a rating of between one and five stars. For example, Aquaman (★★★★★) was definitely the best movie I've seen this year. The worst movie was Cold War (☆☆☆☆☆). I saw Mortal Engines (★★★☆☆) which was quite well done, but I have a slightly different idea of a dystopian future. I saw Robin Hood (★★★★☆) while being in the sneak preview and it was one of the most valid movies I've ever seen there. What else? Venom (★★★★☆), Fantastic Beasts 2 (★★★☆☆), Deadpool 2 (★★★☆☆), Red Sparrow (★★☆☆☆), Mission Impossible – Fallout (★★★★★), The Equalizer 2 (★★★★☆), Rampage (★★★☆☆), The Commuter (★★★☆☆) and many more. Unfortunately, I missed Pacific Rim 2. I'll have to catch up with that someday.

Edit: Odd, the site glitches on me when I click on the download link.

The same happens to me 3 years later. I can't download the game.

The idea of how you designed your screenshots to present the game is very interesting.

Nice job on the puzzles.
I was expecting 100 floors or even 1000.

Thank you. I'll add more stages if enough people like it. But I doubt it will be 100 or even 1000. :P
